They are displayed by the date they were uploaded, you can't rearrange them by preference.

To re order simply delete and re upload in order you want

A very convoluted method though and could take days with the number of photos that some have.

It be useful to be able to switch them round inside the folder without deleting and then using up your daily quotas reinstalling old existing photos.

Some may find they get rejected too second time round.
