Would be nice if you click on a profile you've already messaged if you could then click the envelope (next to saying how long ago you messaged them) and it jumps straight to that chat. |

We've had a few lately where they are still on our inbox, just had to trawl through to find them. I guess we could be better housekeepers of our inbox too, but this link to messages would make it a lot easier! |

Yes this is exactly where I mean. Would be useful if that little bit of info was a link to the message. |

But surely a combination of keeping Private Notes plus Saving messages you receive should allow you to keep up to date.
That's what I do. |

We don't want to make notes on whole conversations with others. Our notes are there to tell us about the exceptional or one's we want to avoid. |
