do the site users ever get a reply to using this????? when on bans timeouts etc it states if you feel you have been wrong done by then to fill one of these out.....people do and get no reply. i am aware that the site is not massive and very little work force to reply, but they seem to notice everything else so surely there is a system in place for people to get a reply rather than just having to accept the ban, the reason i ask is because we defended ourselves in a post we created, got banned for 48hrs,,,then during that time the person who was cheeky apologised for being rude on initial contact,,,,,why did they not get banned??? why is it all one sided, as in users on site have to accept what mods/admin say,,,

Admin have said on previous threads that if you don't hear back from them and the ban has'nt been lifted earlier then you can assume that they're in agreement with bans that have been placed

i guessed that,,,,,but unfair that the user cant have an opinion and has to accept what others decide,,,kinda like teachers and kids scenarios,,,,lol

If you do the crime (break the rules ) you do the time

if you disagree with a ban you can allways contact admim.

i think asking a question in a polite manner then being abused,,,then defending ourselves aint a crime,,,,we asked same question in different room and got banned for being disruptive cos we wanted more opinions on subject,,,,,we did contact them,,,,,still waiting,,,,

Admin answer here on the bottom of this thread.

I have copied the relevant sentance to the bottom of this post. I guess it says it all.

"If you contact us about a forum timeout we will look into it. If you don't hear back from us you can assume we think the timeout is fair ."
