Can't become a site supporter

Hi, was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any problems or knows why it might be happening (admin/moderators??)

I'm trying to create a couples profile, which I've done and has been photo verified, however I cant upload any pictures, become a site supporter and the profile is not visible in any searches. Any help greatly appreciated.
