You don't respond to any of our mails.
We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. We recommend if you have a problem or can't figure out how something works, you post to the site help forum. If we responded to everything that people sent us, we'd spend all our time (and more!) doing that and not improving/running/fixing the site. Or, we'd have to employ customer service goons to read and respond to questions from a minority of users at everyone's expense and we'd not be able to do as much as we can for so little cost to you. We do read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it. |

I’m quite shocked that there is no option for two TV’s to have a couples profile. There are M/F, M/M, F/F options so surely in this day and age why not this?
We are a TV/ F couple but have to go under a M/F traditional profile. We are far from that but have no other choice. It’s certainly not a description we are happy with and is somewhat misleading.
Maybe this is something Fab should address.

So what's the point."
It is explained above, they don't have time to answer every contact.
To your issue, not having looked at your profile so don't know how you present, but the only options would be a MF or MM options , if one of those would suit then you can ask Admin to change it for you, then you could explain more on your profile |

If you know which type of profile you want to use, ask Admin from the contact button and they will change it for you yes |
