Summary:
Saving multiple individual messages within a conversation thread should only create one Saved message thread
Detail:
Currently, if I save a message, it adds the message thread up to and including that message to my Saved messages mailbox. If there are further messages in the main thread, and I click save on any of them after the initial save point, I get two saved threads. The saved messages should be a single unified thread, updating an existing thread rather than adding a new one.
AS A threaded mailbox user
I WANT to see saved messages from the same conversation in a single thread
SO THAT I don't go crazy jumping between saved threads trying to remember what the context for a message was. |

No, it only saves the message you clicked save on. It doesn’t save the previous messages, you have to do them all individually, and it doesn’t save your sent messages in that thread. It’s a bit rubbish. |

That's true for the old mailbox, not the new one. I think the new one is only available to site supporters? And you can switch back and forth between them, as the new one is still in beta. |

True,
People message and it says on their profile you messaged them 8 months ago but doesn't show the convo so you're not sure how the convo went, What you're suggesting would certainly clear that up.
It should work as other social media messaging works but there must be a legitimate logistical reason for Fab not implementing this. |
