"Your pricing on your profile lists different prices for different days, for different genders.
Men always pay equal to, or more than women. That's illegal."
Ok so name a club (swinger that does not charge in same way) Rouge does not charges Membership fees just for males only.
if you look into things most clubs are not legal from planning to serving hot drinks or music late at night there would be no venues as females and couples would not attend clubs if they had to pay the true costs. crossdressers /ts/tv/tgirls are not charged more then a female at rouge and if you attended as a true gay couple you would be also get couple rate unlike some venues.
I would say this is a post for other forum really as it not a single case of just rouge doing this.

We don't disagree, other clubs are doing it too.
But this is 2019 and it's the time to call out sexism. If that doesn't work we will be making formal complaints, followed by court action (only takes 10 minutes to start a small claims court claim online).
Hoping the club owners do the right thing and end this blatant sexism. |

Are you unaware of the national pay gap between men and women? Women’s salaries, are often significantly less than men, for the exact same role. We sadly live in a gender biased society. Which each gender feels in different ways.
We certainly are not breaking laws. However if you can give me further info on the legislation you’re referring to I will gladly look into.
We’re trying to create an INCLUSIVE, non biased, relaxed space for everyone. Pricing structure reflects the demand and desires of our demographic and is based solely on that, opposed to discrimination.

Try it you will find you open a can of worms. like in my day job they have told us we cant use on rail replcaement coaches that are not wheelchair accessible so plan is to not offer a replacment just put in a timetable change to say no service. same with clubs they will just not be there when you want to attend. and there some owners you dont want to upset. and the big thing is are you a member of the club? before you try a CCJ as it be very likey you be offfered a membership to any club after to stop any action again. |

Get off my event and go start a chat in the fourm . Look all us clubs struggle but the club prices are what they are .. were one of the cheapest around in terms of entry we give free lifetime memberships to single males dont charge for condoms towels ect dont discriminate on coulors genders preference we go out of our way for single guys couples and single ladies and always go out my way for party nights weekends ect .. we might not be the four seasons but we treat everyone fair and the same .. so take your stupid silly questions stick them in a forum and get off my event .. |

What utter tosh.
You have no idea what you are taking about. First of all, small claims is for damages- you have suffered no loss, whether in tort or in contract, and so have no claim.
What you meant to say, I think, is that you would seek an injunction. Which is not a £10 MCO filing. It would also fail.
This is a private business, and they are free to price as they see fit. Does your tirade not apply to hairdressers?
I would suggest you look in the mirror and have a word with yourself.
What startling nonsense you espouse... |

FFS mate, have a word with yourself!! These are genuine people that are doing their upmost to provide a safe and friendly meeting place for ALL genders.
If you are not happy with any aspect of their service.....DONT GO ....simple.
TBH I honestly don't know why you are not banned from Club Rouge or every other club for that matter.
Bet you are a great night out (not) buddy!!!!!

One could also argue that unless these same people are approaching and threatening/accusing all the clubs in the NW of discrimination, since they’re all based on the same pricing structure -then we are actually being actively discriminated against by them.
Just saying...
