SF is back !! After a stunning 3 day event this summer we are delighted to announce “AURORA” (the dawn, after sunrise...) from Thursday 4th July 12 noon till Sunday 7th July 2019 .
A fun filled all embracing weekend for lifestyle & LGBTQ communities to enjoy bands, comedy, luxury showers, glamping or camping, entertainment, food vendors and bars , as usual we bring an eclectic mix of annual favourites and new features. Our professional security team are back and the management team will work to bring you THE most amazing weekend in the lifestyle calendar !! This year early bird prices are ONLY available until 31st December ....so let all your friends know and grab your tickets , although there are more tickets this year it WILL sell out again so don’t miss out ....come and join us for the dawn .... AURORA 2019 |

The 'public foothpath' was basically in the countryside so probably not used very much anyway. Besides which it was next to the camping area which let's face it there was nothing to see anyway except people drinking, eating and socialising etc. I suggest that if people are that concerned about being spotted by members of the public then they're doing something or someone they shouldn't and should perhaps stick to clubs or private meets. |

This is frustrating when people comment involving themselves in something that has nothing to do with them, this is OUR opinion. Their customer service is a disgrace! This event has been in place since 2013/2014 and 6-7 years later your telling me this has improved? Well your management skills could certainly do with a polish that’s for sure.
We were NOT told it was a public foot path which is another entrance. When we suggested getting blanked fencing around, one of the members of staff agreed including one of the owners! However they stated the cost of the ticket would increase. I would rather pay more to avoid situations like this!
If we had of known about this public footpath we could have put measures in place to avoid being physically photographed or seen. The arena and tents should have been facing the other way and there was lots of space still behind the arena. The toilets and showers were too far away and was made to feel the glampers got priority more. If you couldn’t facilitate more showers or toilets then surely you could have moved us all closer instead of hugely spread out. Security I cannot fault them as they did an excellent job. There was no toilets inside the area itself. After emails have been thrown back and forth between the organisers and ourselves to mention we tried to complain whilst a member of staff was seriously ill is unacceptable. That was not the case at all and we had every respect for privacy so to say such an awful comment is disgusting! We didn’t want to discuss it and told you that when emotions were running high and people had consumed alcohol. We have supported SF as much as we could by attending 3 times even when the press got in last time due to a fault of your own,we still came back but to speak to us and throwing in tit for tat the way you have is very unprofessional when your running an event. You didn’t rectify our issues or even apologise for that matter which is disappointing which is why we have said we will not be attending anymore SF events. To threaten us with solicitors for deformation just shows your lack of professionalism. We are not slating the SF event we are merely giving you feed back which you didn’t seem to like. We have a problem with your communication skills as a business.
2015 was one of the best years and I couldn’t fault anything. Such a shame it has evolved so nasty.

"This is frustrating when people comment involving themselves in something that has nothing to do with them, this is OUR opinion. Their customer service is a disgrace! This event has been in place since 2013/2014 and 6-7 years later your telling me this has improved? Well your management skills could certainly do with a polish that’s for sure.
We were NOT told it was a public foot path which is another entrance. When we suggested getting blanked fencing around, one of the members of staff agreed including one of the owners! However they stated the cost of the ticket would increase. I would rather pay more to avoid situations like this!
If we had of known about this public footpath we could have put measures in place to avoid being physically photographed or seen. The arena and tents should have been facing the other way and there was lots of space still behind the arena. The toilets and showers were too far away and was made to feel the glampers got priority more. If you couldn’t facilitate more showers or toilets then surely you could have moved us all closer instead of hugely spread out. Security I cannot fault them as they did an excellent job. There was no toilets inside the area itself. After emails have been thrown back and forth between the organisers and ourselves to mention we tried to complain whilst a member of staff was seriously ill is unacceptable. That was not the case at all and we had every respect for privacy so to say such an awful comment is disgusting! We didn’t want to discuss it and told you that when emotions were running high and people had consumed alcohol. We have supported SF as much as we could by attending 3 times even when the press got in last time due to a fault of your own,we still came back but to speak to us and throwing in tit for tat the way you have is very unprofessional when your running an event. You didn’t rectify our issues or even apologise for that matter which is disappointing which is why we have said we will not be attending anymore SF events. To threaten us with solicitors for deformation just shows your lack of professionalism. We are not slating the SF event we are merely giving you feed back which you didn’t seem to like. We have a problem with your communication skills as a business.
2015 was one of the best years and I couldn’t fault anything. Such a shame it has evolved so nasty.

As far as I am aware, there hasn't been any nastiness. Here is some of the small print, which Mr. R, stated to me, he doesn't bother reading.
"You agree to be discreet in public areas, and that we will provide a private covered area inside the arena area only".
Every year customer feedback is listened to, noted and used to make the future events better.This will continue to happen. |
