My stuff hasn’t arrived today so I went the back up route (which is also a very nice gothy dress that once I combine with the makeup/accessories I already have will look pretty good). However if stuff is delivered tomorrow I have a chance to go with what I originally wanted to wear |

Well half of my originally planned costume is on a post lorry heading back to the depot and the rest is somewhere in the East (China, etc.). I can still at least use elements of my originally planned costume when I do pick up of things from the depot tomorrow afternoon, and even if it doesn’t work with what I have for my back up, I can purely use my back up costume. |

Same here for one of the pairs I’m considering (black PVC platforms), they look amazing but do kill your feet pretty rapidly (but also one part of my costume that I’m picking up is new boots, so will probably bring both along, as well as some normal flats and switch during the night) |
