Summer’s here and the time is right ... for getting down to Townhouse for our Milf Monday Summer Shenanigans!!
Ladies, think beachwear, bikinis, hula skirts or swimsuits!! Gents, how about the Hawaiian shirt look, a pair of budgie smugglers or even the Baywatch lifeguard look (it worked for the Hoff!)
Forget Tenerife - Townhouse is the coolest place to be for your sexy summer fun this August!! So, get your name on our list & join us for day out that shows those 18-30’s holiday reps how it’s REALLY done!!

Milf Monday’s Summer Shenanigans entry fee is £10 for our hot holiday hunks but the beautiful beach babes will get in for free!

‘The Small Print’
The club can be found at 9 Union St, Birkenhead, CH42 3TL.
This is a daytime event for ladies and couples who want to meet single guys. Some of our girls are greedy too, so we aim for a 3:1 ratio of guys to girls at their request.
Doors open at 10:30 and closing time is 15:30. Last entry is 1pm
We cap numbers at 100 to make it pleasant and comfortable for our guests, therefore this is a strict GUESTLIST ONLY party.
Please only place your name on the list if you can definitely make it as places are in demand; we have a 3 strike rule for people who continuously waste places.
We also ask that you stick to a ‘smart/casual’ dress code - no hoodies, sportswear or trainers
NON MEMBERS/NEWBIES - You are MORE than welcome at the club and I'll be happy to give you a tour of the place and answer any questions you may have on the day.
You will just need to bring some photo ID with you AND something with your address on. NO ID = NO ENTRY! Townhouse members, just bring along your membership card.
You will need a £10 deposit for your locker key/bar tab which is offset against your bar bill. Townhouse has a very cheap licensed bar to keep you refreshed throughout the day, so please leave your own drinks at home. Towels are available or you can bring your own.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK in Bookers car park or the car parks of other local businesses. Parking enforcements are operating in the area so please be aware of this. There is plenty of on-street parking in and around Union Street. Please be considerate to local residents (no obstructing driveways etc). Thank you.

Can you please put mandy4300 on your list as I'm already on there but I think I'm the only tv attending she has asked me to do this on her behalf and she us a local birkenhead tv and a member of your club at least I wouldn t be the only tv there then and would feel more comfortable would be really greatfull if you could do this as she is worried she may not be able to get in many thanks

Thanks to every single one of you who came along today and made our August Milf Monday a FANTASTIC day!! Not sure where all the kiddos where but our MILF's managed to escape as there were lots of you!!
A filthy day was had by all and it was great to see our newbies getting involved  
Thanks to LoneDoe for standing in at the last minute for Morticia who couldn't make it today; you did a grand job
Our next MILF Monday is on the 10th September, which is a little later than normal as the kids will still be off the week before.
Watch out for the next MILF Monday thread popping up on the forums around the 14th August.
Feel free to share your views with others on Fab as it's reassuring for people who haven't attended yet and still trying to get the courage to step through the door! lol

Sorry I wasn’t there today to say hi to all of you I’ve chatted with on messages - ‘real life’ threw a last message minute curve ball at me today, so I’m even more looking forward to September!!
