As we thought the size of the guest list would cause issues people, we got told to arrive early to get lockers , lockers either full or broken . Not enough staff working meaning the size of the guest list and getting a drink was near impossible, ran out of ice very early on , no air con ! Who feels sexy dripping in own swet haha . We know the club need to sort this but as a party planner guys it’s down to who who ever organising to say right we have 500+ coming , how many lockers we got ? Is that bar area big enough , we need this many staff ? Do we need to maybe Cap it at 300 or 400 maximum people . Something’s less is more . After all people come to feel relax , have drinks and feel sexy , we heard a lot about the first enchant and was expecting much more but the size of the guest list did concern us and we was right ,was good to see some old friends and a few new but we just want feeling it like we have from a few other events held in same club x |

We found it real cliquey - if you knew people already, great, if you didn't then you are left trying to wedge into a well established group of 6-8 who have known each other for ages
Way too busy - no lockers, three thick at the bar
Too hot - not a lot to be done here, ice would have been nice though and fewer bodies would have helped
Insufficiently staffed - three on the bar
Dress code not enforced - this especially frustrates as we made great effort only to see single men in track pants and trainers
Club rules not enforced - dress down upstairs not enforced
No security staff - a big no in our eyes when single men are allowed
Guest list not checked / used / enforced - compounded the problems.
The venue is nice, a bit of variety to encourage mingling, a few less patrons and a few more staff and this could be really good. |

Well on a positive note going over some of the complaints...... it was our first time at the Pandora’s and we found everyone to be absolutely lovely, didn’t have any issues fitting in, made plenty of new friends and thoroughly enjoyed the evening!

Had a good evening catching up with old friends, reminiscing about body sushi and snogging the delicious Mrs Licentious, but disappointed not to have made any new friends. Maybe I’m too old for your core audience? Or maybe it was just too hot and people weren’t really feeling it?
But thank you for organising. There was a lot of detail in the money challenge, the shots on stilts, the table favours etc. I think you had the heat really working against you. |

We found it exactly the same- first time in Pandora’s and definitely our last. Poor layout, far too few bar staff, no air conditioning, no cleaning products so beds were filthy, no toilet paper in toilets... Reception guy didn’t check I.D. / membership, no security, woeful lack of lockers and changing space, no control over who was in which toilet area. I could go on... Such a shame as it’s clearly a popular and well supported event but in such a terrible club  |

Carrie you did a fabulous job hunny we only ever attend social events at Pandoras because the owner is just there for the taking no interest in anything else, it’s the owners responsibility to ensure everything is ok, I was pissed off at waiting to get served so took my own soft drinks this time but had to carry my bag about but it’s not end of world! Don’t find it clicky at all you have to join in and just introduce yourself and chat away!!!
Yes annoying no lockers but again not end of world we had a great time yes hot n sweaty but there’s nothing people can do about the heat! Granted should be aircon but there wasn’t again all to do with the owner which is a complete idiot I think! |

Had a great night at the social but just a few things that need improving as people have already mentioned, my biggest bug bear was on the night we were told no shorts for men and alot were there in shorts also on thread 1-3 couple charge is £20 thread 4 price goes up to £25 so as we get the door expecting to pay£20 only to be told I was wrong it's £25 and no shorts yet my husband and friends ended up far too hot in a very short space of time when others had shorts, sandals and sports on.men upstairs fully dressed. Rant over |

Carrie your side of the night, organising and making folk feel welcome was absolutely brilliant. You couldn't have done anything better. Like above said, the owner needs to sort out safety in his club. Security staff, in a large club this should be paramount. The booby trapped carpet for all the fall over and impossible for heels, only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. The rooms with no bins and lack of cleaning products, we could go on as well but enough said. Carrie you were brilliant and as my school report said every year, to the owner you must try harder. People will only attend your club for a short while till they give up waiting for you to get it right. Safety and staff is a priority |

Had a great time last night and although we knew a few there got to meet/chat/kiss lots of people we havnt met before. So clicky. I don’t think so. If you can’t be arsed to talk to people you only have yourselves to blame. We’re usually quiet slow at talking to people we do t know so only blame ourselves but last night was ace.
Apart from a few things mentioned earlier
Lack of dress code.
No proper Id checks on door.
No 1 enforcing dress down upstairs which made it a little uncomfortable at 1 point In the play rooms but apart from that and the heat had a brill night. If we saw you and chatted. Hi hi. If we didn’t then maybe next time |

We found it to be the same as many of the comments - the event was very well laid out and should have been amazing but the lack of lockers caused long queues at the bar as people didn’t all have a tab and people were carrying their own drinks round with them to avoid the queues which ended up with a lot of smashed glass at one point. We ended up leaving at about 11 as it was just so hot and busy it was uncomfortable, no reflection at all on the host or the event. |
