Well its over ...... For the time it lasted we were able to provide a fun and vibrant event that ended this morning, the committee want to share our love and thanks to ALL of you who came to SWINGFIELDS and made it what it was . We tried to provide a secure safe event and had an awful time this year having to make tough choices....contingency plans were made and challenged, food vendors cancelled and we faced constant issues that meant WE were not happy with our own standards and forthis we are sorry and can only promise to look at ways of taking these issues head on. Constant 4 days of rain meant walking to tents was simply unavoidable, electric circuits flooded, vehicles couldnt get on site (delivery firms trucks in excess of 10 tonnes !) our site layouthad to be changed on wednesday morning and spread out to reduce risk of whole site becoming a mud bath and somebody drained the shower tanks by disconnecting piping .... BUT firstly as organisers WE have to take the good and bad points and try to solve these whilst keeping in focus that the vast majority of feedback has been amazing . Was it perfect - NO ! Could we have done better ? - YES ..... Swingfields has been a 4 year journey and we thankyou for how far we got, and for all your lovely messages to thank us for sharing our dream xx |

It may not have been perfect.. but then theres no such a thing ) and definitely one thing that can never be controlled is the weather !!.. Everything else can be tweeked ;;))...
This was my first Swingfields ... recommended by friends... i originally thought about 40 people i knew were going that number was actually nearer double ...and I hopefully added a few more new ones to that list ;0) SO IF YOU SAW ME MESSAGE PLEASE. was in neon and an affro massive pink glasses on the Saturday covered in foam ( OMG ONE OF MY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT THE FOAM PARTY ) . quick change into a leopard print onsie ... Green toga and floral band the Friday
It was a total vanilla fun weekend for me to spend with old friends and new . Party, drink have a laugh . It certainly smashed that
The live acts were all amazing and the foam party and Aurora DJs rocked..
I had a truly amazing time and we will all definitely be back and already loads we know want to join us in 2017 .
It was brilliant fun and anyone that loves mingling with some of the friendliest people in the scene shouldn't miss this event its a must x
Thanks again to all my friends that made it and all those we chatted to and of course the Swingfields team for all their hard work xxx

But put those few problems aside -SF16 was amazing for lots of people in so many different ways. Not just the music, dancing, chatting, laughing it was all the amazing, friendly people that made SF16 brilliant.
The Santonesse/Swingfields Scubbers team rocked the show and the huge audience partici........pation in the Time Warp is a memory etched forever.
Big thank to Debs and Stu, do come to another Playgrounds Party at Radlett anytime. Muzzbuzz X

Had an amazing time and lots of happy memories - totally overshadowed now unfortunately by a pic of me in the sun online!  on the pics that were shown - no attempt was made to blur faces.
I did notice that no one asked for ID/tickets this year - we were just ticked off a list - and I noticed last year the staff were red hot on checking to make sure no-one had phoned or cameras in the arena.
Perhaps it was harder because the arena seemed much larger than it did last year?
REALLY hoping none of my vanilla friends/family and acquaintances read the sun online!

Just seen it centre page spread feel sorry for the people in the pics we was lucky on the right of the picture in the marquee you can see the wife's flowery trousers and purple mac she was holding there was a couple hanging about at the back but I didn't take much notice till now you just don't know if it is the press or someone selling the pictures to them either way they are scum who should mind there own business
And something else i would like to point out we walked everywhere for three days and not once was we offered any type of drug |

There is quite a few there is one of a lady in miss wet t shirt running round you can see people behind her the jelly fight is showing a lot of faces the other one was when they was doing the still painting you can see three in that then one in the foam party but hard to see them |

Ive just read the article from the Sun Online! Horrendous is an understatment!!
Its just like an other festival but with a few added twists! Don't people have sex at the likes of glastonbury? Pathetic!

Dear Debbie, Stuart & SF team,
Thank you all for a great weekend!! We are no longer SF virgins!!!
Firstly, Stuart - I was the pain in the ass that snuck into the showers & was stuck for 30 mins with no water so thank you for re-connecting  and to the lovely couple that found me an empty cubicle to move to (before the tank had filled) - I had a lovely hot shower.
Secondly, we were allowed to camp in the staff area for which we are all very grateful. I was ill when we arrived & Frank got worse as the weekend went on. He's currently being looked after by our wonderful NHS xx
I don't want to focus on the negatives - you know what they are & will sort them for next year. The weather was beyond your control & you moved things round accordingly - health & safety is boring but sadly a necessity. The press have gone too far this time but again, you will sort it.
This weekend has been an eye-opener but also a huge confidence builder for me. We are both so looking forward to next year - we will be fighting fit & ready to jump right in!!
Thank you again for all your hard work & here's to SF2017!!! I hope you raised loads for charity too xx

The issues caused by the weather didn't stop it being a great weekend for most
The pictures coming out online both in the daily mail and now the sun have completely taken the shine off everything.
I know I'll not be the only one worried that I'm on a picture some where that could compromise my employment!
Coming away Sunday was sure we'd be back next year
Now though, got to seriously rethink as the risk of exposure is looking too high
lockers could be provided like the ones used at big music festivals and phones restricted to that area,
Staggered arrival times so that full security checks can be carried out (none were)
Bags being checked before going into the arena weren't carried out, at all this year were last year they did a few times at least
We stood watching the jelly wrestling and a security guy was stood on his quad bike watching, what irony now that if he'd watched the crowd a little more he may have spotted who was taking the pics!! |

How sad and total rubbish... well they definitely had fun because where 3 of those pictures were taken I was actually right next to them based on photo contents and people they mentioned too. Sad state of affairs ..

Well Swingfields you did it again, a fantastic weekend, full of fun and laughter, weather was beyond your control toilets and showered were horrendous but that didn't stop us having an amazing time, excellent music and entertainment, foam party was awsome love it, roll on next year coz we will defo be there
As for the tabloids, thank god we are not in any of the pics, sorry for thoses that are, if he'd have been standing next to us we would have stuck that camera where the sun don't shine, wot a wanker |

Gutted that the photos have appeared. MrsH did the live modelling for the drawing class and had just come off when this pic was taken. I doubt they used mobile phones to take the pictures, more likely these fancy spy camera type glasses you can buy. As far as drugs go at no point in 4 years have we ever been offered any drugs and as someone who walks around in hippy clothes and rainbow suits you would think I would have been one of the first to be approached!! Unfortunately a lot of sensationalism but that is what you come to expect from the gutter press. It would appear Swingfields 2017 will have to be a masquerade weekend!! Have to say we had a ball but then again we were fortunate enough not to be in the pictures. Our love goes out to those that were. Xx

Er, yes you can get sacked for being a swinger. If you end up in an expose story and are clearly identified. If, as many employers have, a clause within your contract of not bringing them into distribute, you can find yourself sacked.
Many of us choose not to have identifiable pictures on show or indeed at all, for this reason
After last year the organisers promised much more stringent security measures to ensure the press wouldn't be able to do this sort of thing
In that regard, less was done than last year
Even if they are able to sue, the damage is already done for some |

It's never going to be 100% secure anyone can join fab and get a club meet for verifications you can get camera's the size of a peanut that can record in HD and take the sills from the recording.. totally shit that everyone in this life is condemned for doing anything out of the norm but we really need do need to stick together they want all this negatively to try and stop us coming together |

My first Swingfields was a blast. Weather was beyond your control. In fact the mud was fun at times.
I do believe the security could of been better. Especially going into the arena. But we knew the press would find a way. Yes, my face is in the pictures as are a lot of my friends. But it wouldn't stop me coming again.
Loved the live bands.
The staff worked so hard
The entertainment was fun
Met so many new friends
Had an amazing weekend!

Loved every minute of it from the shows to the music to the people to the staff and mostly my friends....I am So sorry it has been over shadowed by the press coverage and my heart goes out to those who are in the pics who have been affected by this being publicised... |

Fantastic event marred by this disgusting breach of privacy. The fact that there were pictures in the tabloid press is utterly deplorable.
The first to show were the Daily Mail who at least had *Some* vestigial decency to pixcillate faces and tell the story of the event in a less than sensational way. The Mirror and the Sun went beyond the pale. I think however we have to accept that this is the 21st century and nothing is 100% secure. I'm sure that some of these pictures were taken by the use of a drone operated in another field at dusk when the light levels and ambient sound levels made identifying the device less likely. We seem to be left with a stark choice between attending this type of event and accepting the risk of being identified as some were, or not going at all. It's not right, it's not fair, but it's the only way if your privacy is absolutely paramount. |

We were never asked to show ID either. We arrived on Sat on a one day ticket.
We never received a welcome pack either. Found the whole booking in process quite a disappointment. Didn't know where to head once parked up just had to follow the music and wander aimlessly.
I assume there was entertainment on a certain times but not having any clue as to what or when we found the day badly organised and a bit dull. Maybe a missing welcome pack would have helped (just checked the email again with directions and that said we should have one).
Spent a lot of time in the fet tent but being needlephobic and the stapling going on was difficult for me. Did enjoy the demo of rope, sounds & vac bed.
Luckily we met a few people we already knew so that was nice to catch up.
Heart in mouth when I saw the photos in the press but we are lucky to not be present in them.
The toilets were really, really horrid.
Highlights were getting a lovely tie off Mark Varley, met a nice couple who showed us round their camper as we had camper envy. Having Paul show us some suspension and meeting some friends. The food and drink were good and vendors lovely. Also picked up a nice new toy.
Perhaps it's one of those things you need to be there for the whole event but it didn't really do it for us and with the media issues, well that's stresses we don't need and heart goes out to those in the pics who are worried or affected. |

Not being funny or smart after the event, but suprised no one has mentioned the disclaimer we all had to sign as a pre requisite of the ticket. Clearly stated that you had to accept not being a journalist. So surely to gain access to the site they must have signed this disclaimer which means you have the basis of a contract between provider and attendee which means you can now begin legal proceedings against her. She is clearly a professional journalist who has written articles on Madeline McCann and other high profile stories. Although too late for some ( and our feelings go out to you), the organisers need to send a clear message to the press around intent to prosecute otherwise what was the purpose of the disclaimer.It may be costly and time consuming but without a clear sign of intent from SF then its fair game next year. One final thought is that, we believe that there is no way they would have treated a Pride event or LGBT event in such a negative way so why are we such fair game for the press? |

Well done to Debbie, Stuart and the crew for doing a great job in difficult circumstances.
It was great to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
I am one of the swingfields veterans having now attended all 4 events and each year the event has got better. The music this year was fantastic and the entertainment during the day kept folks laughing.
Yes it has now been marred by the press coverage. The risk we all take when attending an event or simply being on the scene is surely known to us. Appreciate we all take precautions when meeting away from the festival and it's not that easy in the middle of a field.
Anyone that thinks it's going to be possible to stop photos being taken I feel is very naive. The photos in the daily mail article clearly are from a "spy camera".
Folks this is not just about security being reamed for not being vigilant. From the angle of the pic taken during the wet T-shirt competition the photographer was stood next to me!! I saw nothing.
If someone is asking odd questions would it not set the alarm bells going? If you saw someone with a phone in the arena would you not be asking wtf are you doing?
Might be a stop and think moment for all so that we can help each other next year!!
A handful of guys can only do so much but an army of like minded folks that want to keep this event a safe place for all those genuine swingers involved can do so much more!! |

How does Swinging bring a company into distribute?
Codes of conduct outside work place are mainly based on violence, abuse, drug related incidents and illegal sexual activities, criminal arrests and online trolling and social media posts ..
Sitting in a tent doing naked life drawings is no different to art students or having a drink fully clothed standing next to someone in fancy dress not exactly grounds that would stick.Nor is being naked or Topless ... or even having sex . whatever the events name.

Its stigma not reality and ill informed and judgemental people that give people like the gutter press power not REALITY ..

We are not ashamed of who we are or what we do but what we do in our private life should be able to remain private and for us to choose who we tell..
They had no right showing the nation and our family and friends that we are part of this lifestyle.... It should be up to us
Absolutely mortified who will recognise me and what the repercussions may be from this
Apart from the press still absolutely loved every second of the weekend fun times with fantastic people and some best friends did more partying than anything else and loved the whole atmosphere

This was our first SF event and we had a great weekend, things could have been improved, obviously security and the weather but it didn't stop us enjoying it.
As for The Sun, what did we expect? They are bottom feeding scum suckers.
Like someone has already mentioned everyone needs to complain to the IPSO, I just have and it takes 10 mins.
Thoughts go out to everyone affected by the exposure photos.

Hi we were amazed that we just drove up to the entrance told the guys one of our names and we're just ticked off a list and both given wrist bands without any proof of who we were , we also went out to the shops the next day and just flashed our wristband as we drove back in , no wonder reporters can get in , but had fab time xx |

Just a thought but why are the organisers not saying anything about the lapse in security.we were told to bring id cards for identification but like the last post stated we were just ticked off,given a wrist band and ushered in. Why ask us to bring id cards etc implying there would be a strict security check to avoid what happened at sf2015 and then go back on ur promise.maybe just maybe this journalist would hv been spotted and if they had come in with a fake id it would hv been one of the points to hold on legally. But no one is talking about the lapse in security. Even the write up was clearly telling us about the lapse in security saying they weren't checked for id and were just ushered in etc. Listen I am not saying for definite it would hv stopped the press but just surprised no one is putting a little blame on the organisers promising us a tighter security and not delivering on that promise. Seems they didn't really care bout us after all as long as they get the numbers in. Sad but that's how I see it |

. I am glad I went because I had a lovely n fun filled weekend. Met some really nice people. Luckily my pic wasnt in the papers n I feel for those that were. And it's quite sad that we were let down by the organisers on the basic security promise of checking ids. Just say a name that marches what they have and u are ticked to go in. Now I understand it's not easy to organise such an event and like the organisers pointed out they didn't get everything right but this was a very important aspect to give a thorough scrutiny considering what happened last year. Guess they didn't just bother n were just interested in the numbers.

I feel like the ghost of Effrenata has finally been buried. It was a real pleasure to be at a well run event. Yes the weather conspired against us but the thought and planning behind the scenes was apparent.
Now that I'm home my warm and fuzzy feelings have been tainted by what the media have been up to. Were this mainland Europe this would have been a non story. I'm so annoyed because things like this make people fearful of being themselves.
On the flip side my heart goes out to those people who have been made so shamelessly identifiable by the papers and the scum who took the pictures in the first place. |

Just a thought, but what help would have checking ID done Anyway. It's not like a driving licence would say hey, I'm a reporter.
Perhaps it would have been better to have bag search etc for people entering the main area each time. we had to nudge security 3 times for phones being out in these areas. |

It has been 'suggested' that maybe the organisers let in the press for free advertising or maybe that they was hoping to sue afterwards? Either way, again like someone has said 'they're quids in'. :-/

How about they may be pursuing legal action and can't comment?
As I said on another thread, why does everyone think the organisers are benefiting from this? They were outed too. SF is a business and if they lose suppliers they're going to have problems. Just think for a minute before accusing them.
And remember that the reporter lied to get tickets, lied to get in, lied in the article, took pics illegally, and has helped ruin several lives. Maybe direct your anger towards her! |

We don't blame the organisers some of these cameras are the size of a thumb nail it's impossible to find them like some one said earlier there are 700 of us we should also be on the look out for people that just don't look right or fit in us of all people should no the signs of people that are not in the scene or look out of place.we are never going to avoid this problem we are just going to have to accept the press will always try and get in for some reason we are news worthy and if you want to go to swingfields thats the way it is this time next year we will be talking about this all over again for us we can't wait for 2017 |

Looking at the photographs that were published both online and in print it is very clear that they weren't taken using a phone or a traditional camera. The angle suggests they were taken from chest height and the number of people who are looking directly at the photographer suggest that anything other than a hidden device would have triggered major fallout for the photographer.
These people set out to deceive before they even bought their ticket and did so with the might and technological know-how of a major tabloid behind them. This was calculated and determined. I'm sure their legal team gave an opinion about the possibility of prosecution before when this was planned.
This is not journalism, this is sensationalism. If they'd put the same effort in they could have produced a story about indiscriminate unprotected sex and drug taking at Glastonbury or any other major festival as I'm sure it happens.
Wyrdwoman is right, direct your anger at the journalists. But also at the papers which want this fodder to scandalise and amuse their readership and also at the people who read it. Make complaints with IPSO, write to the editor - if you're not sure what to say other than the publication of unpixilated pictures taken in a location which the photographer had signed an agreement to keep private or even the abuse of pixelation to make some pictures appear to be x-rated when they were not!
Above all make your complaint by not funding these tabloids - The Sun still not recovered in Liverpool.
Be angry but be proactive.
For anyone in the pictures (including friends of mine) I feel for you, today must be a challenging and possibly very difficult day. |

We were standing next to the photographer at the time a couple of these pictures were taken, we spoke to them too. We didn't see any cameras or phones.
We feel really awful as very close friends of ours have ended up in published pics, but we did not see anything at the time to make us suspicious.
Be angry with the papers and reporters not the organisers. The organisers didn't want this, their business is affected by this so why would they? |

To think the organisers colluded with the press is ridiculose. We arrived around 12.30 on Thursday and although we have done the previous 3 we were approached by a guy on a quad asking us to get our ID ready. As we moved down the line there were already people moaning about having to que. When we got to the front we Knew the Staff who were handing out the bracelets etc. They collected our tickets but as they knew us they did not ask for ID. The reporter and photographer will have had a year to plan for this so they will have no doubt set up a profile etc. very easy to get verifications etc. So in all honesty what differance would the showing of ID made. They deliberatly lied and decieved and broke the terms and conditions that were clearly stated when applying for tickets. In all honesty I do not think there was anything the Security or Organisers could have done except full body searches and even then they would not have detected a hidden spy camera. If the tabloids are intent on getting a story and pictures they will get them no matter what. MrsH is in one of the pictures that was posted on the second Mail online articles but fortunatly it was from the back so not identifiable.
The only possible way you could prevent someone from getting into the main arena without spy cameras etc. would be to have the main arena cordond off with just one entry point and everyone naked! even then the latest spywear glasses have built in cameras. The fact that the story they wrote was so far from the the truth is just down to the standard of journalism in this country. I really do hope the event continues next year, we have done all 4 so far but had already decided we were going to miss next years but now this has happend if the event does go ahead we will most certainly be going as we will not let the gutter press win! SF2017 the Masquarade Ball!!! |

Interesting point. In some of the pics there are people who appear to be a part of the security contingent, but their eyes seem squarely focussed on the jello wrestling, rather than the crowds...
Might be a isolated incident there, but I don't know because I didn't go. |

We was up on caravans no one near us took there toilet to be emptied did you actually see that or here about it I was up at 7.30 and the toilets was being took of then |

Unfortunately, it's too late when it's already been in hard press yesterday and other media channels have picked up on it.
You know when you have so much anger in you over something and want to rant and rage but you are so angry and upset that you can't get the words out. That's been me since this happened. So many people affected, so much disregard for the privacy of others, already businesses affected... I literally have no words for how I feel towards those journalists!!! |

You know when you have so much anger in you over something and want to rant and rage but you are so angry and upset that you can't get the words out. That's been me since this happened. Submit a complaint to https://www.ipso.co.uk it takes no more than 10 minutes.
At the best the tabloids have broken the human rights act article 8 "the right to control the dissemination of information about one’s private life, including photographs taken covertly"
At worst they have broken the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, Section. 33 or what is better known as revenge porn and the journalists could face a 2 year custodial sentence.
Why revenge porn? okay imagine you met someone in a pub, they gain your trust, you have sex and are filmed covertly and it is placed online. In this case it was a private event, on private land, they gained the trust of the community and so gained access, took photographs covertly and published in print and online with the intent to humiliate and intimidate the subject.
The Sun today removed the webpage, but too late as the webcrawlers have spawned the photos on other sites, but it proves they know they are on thin ice.
Finally I'd suggest that we consider some-kind of fundraising maybe using justgiving (you can donate anonymously) to help fund any legal costs of those wishing to press charges.

If all and any legal recourse is sought by the organisers, and lessons learnt and acted on too, I'm far more likely to attend next year Because it's only the secretly taken pics that have marred an otherwise excellent weekend |

We have made a complaint even though we were lucky not to be in the pictures on the plus side another fantastic event live bands and dj's were top draw shows and entertainment get better year on year.
Weather showers toilets nothing else needs to be said it's an outdoor fun event
The Swingfield team supply the event the Swingfield community make the even and once again we all pulled together to make it a weekend to remember and also looking forward to next year
The press have advertised our little event and possibly inadvertently helped someone thinking of dipping their toes into our lifestyle take that huge first step
We are all happy friendly people who don't take from people but help with each other's pleasures
Roll on 2017 see you all in a muddy field of not before

The showers had a problem because someone (a paying customer not staff) disconnected the water pipe to the tanks that fed the showers. The tanks drained without refilling so the showers were out of action.  |

We was up on caravans no one near us took there toilet to be emptied did you actually see that or here about it I was up at 7.30 and the toilets was being took of then"
the guy who was towing the toilets told me when I went to go Sunday morning and he was taking them away . He said norm there is a big tank for people to empty there cem toilets in and he pumps it out . But there wasn't one this year and would talk to arganisers as not having one had messed all his chemicals up as people had emptyed there chem loos down there . |

And before you comment, YES I was photographed and unfortunately they got my full face. My complaint will go to IPOS but still grinning after a fucktastic weekend (mud included) |

The showers were bad and losing pressure and water from Thursday - it was a recurring problem not a one off - they were typical festival showers rather than high quality shower that you'd want at an event where body contact is high on the agenda - there were also only two blocks Of 4 or 5 - not enough to prevent the issues
And given there was space given to campers - provision should have been made to clear away dirty water

"The showers were bad and losing pressure and water from Thursday - it was a recurring problem not a one off - they were typical festival showers rather than high quality shower that you'd want at an event where body contact is high on the agenda - there were also only two blocks Of 4 or 5 - not enough to prevent the issues
And given there was space given to campers - provision should have been made to clear away dirty water

If somebody arrived to collect the toilets in a truck... That driver would have been scheduled for a timing
And it was a bit early!
The showers at the first three have been VERY VERY good but they have changed the suppliers,
As with anything when aiming for perfection, you test and you adjust!
Next year we will hopefully get the
Good showers back!
But like the amazing and the cheap
Pods last year...
We were not allowed them back after being 'black listed' due to the nature of our event!!

But the best way to sort a complaint...

I will be writing my complaint to ipso
And i will be planning a food stall for next year!!!
However I do feel it has grown a lot over the years and maybe getting a bit too big for it self!!!!

I think we have just had it so good for so long, in the big picture the showers
Weren't down the whilst time,
Just a hour or two here and there

It gets attention!
And as the sf team work ethics
Go they are striving for more and more
Perfection.
We've been linked to a Glastonbury many times, and look at the problems we have had there!
At the end of the day we are camping
And as camping on a temp site goes..
The facilities are VERY VERY good!

Well done to Debbie, Stuart and the crew for doing a great job in difficult circumstances.
It was great to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
I am one of the swingfields veterans having now attended all 4 events and each year the event has got better. The music this year was fantastic and the entertainment during the day kept folks laughing.
Yes it has now been marred by the press coverage. The risk we all take when attending an event or simply being on the scene is surely known to us. Appreciate we all take precautions when meeting away from the festival and it's not that easy in the middle of a field.
Anyone that thinks it's going to be possible to stop photos being taken I feel is very naive. The photos in the daily mail article clearly are from a "spy camera".
Folks this is not just about security being reamed for not being vigilant. From the angle of the pic taken during the wet T-shirt competition the photographer was stood next to me!! I saw nothing.
If someone is asking odd questions would it not set the alarm bells going? If you saw someone with a phone in the arena would you not be asking wtf are you doing?
Might be a stop and think moment for all so that we can help each other next year!!
A handful of guys can only do so much but an army of like minded folks that want to keep this event a safe place for all those genuine swingers involved can do so much more!!"

Perhaps it would have been better to have bag search etc for people entering the main area each time. we had to nudge security 3 times for phones being out in these areas. "
With the best will in the world a determined person could pop a phone inside themselves...there is no legal grounds for full searching of guests...property or person.
And private parties in tents is easy pickings...was plenty of open air sex going on...it's impossible to be totally secure.

Why ask us to bring id cards etc implying there would be a strict security check to avoid what happened at sf2015 and then go back on ur promise.maybe just maybe this journalist would hv been spotted and if they had come in with a fake id it would hv been one of the points to hold on legally. But no one is talking about the lapse in security. Even the write up was clearly telling us about the lapse in security saying they weren't checked for id and were just ushered in etc. Listen I am not saying for definite it would hv stopped the press but just surprised no one is putting a little blame on the organisers promising us a tighter security and not delivering on that promise. Seems they didn't really care bout us after all as long as they get the numbers in. Sad but that's how I see itIt has been 'suggested' that maybe the organisers let in the press for free advertising or maybe that they was hoping to sue afterwards? Either way, again like someone has said 'they're quids in'. :-/
How about they may be pursuing legal action and can't comment?
As I said on another thread, why does everyone think the organisers are benefiting from this? They were outed too. SF is a business and if they lose suppliers they're going to have problems. Just think for a minute before accusing them.
And remember that the reporter lied to get tickets, lied to get in, lied in the article, took pics illegally, and has helped ruin several lives. Maybe direct your anger towards her! "
