SUNDAY 1ST MAY 2016
the club is holding a new event on sunday 1st may.
this event will be open for couples and single females. single males will only be allowed to attend if they are coming with a couple.
if they aren't attending with a couple then they will NOT be allowed entrance at all.
IF YOU ARE BRINGING A SINGLE MALE THEN PLEASE LET US NO BEFORE THE EVENT.
the entrance fee for this event will be different to normal nights at the club
couples £20
single females £10
single males £25.

which means this event will mainly be couples and single females being as single males can only attend if with a couple. not by just turning up at the door |

"Why is it more expensive than a sat ??"
Well I would guess that because some couples in the club review section have suggested, that there be a limit on single males and too off set this put the prices up to balance out the loss in revenue. So the club has listened to its clientele and trailing it.

Yes the club as listened to the customer request but personally it would of done better on a normal sat evening, as its bank holiday and lots of people will have family commitments ..; !!!! |

Yes, listened to customer requests but lumbered us with a Sunday afternoon time slot!
Yes, we all feel in the mood on a Sunday afternoon don't we?...Right after Sunday lunch with the family we all just want to get down and dirty.
I know they've tried it before, but you can't make a sound judgement on a one-off. Like other clubs, you have to absorb a loss until the new policy is established and it becomes known that every second Saturday ( or whatever) is couples only night.
The Attic is quick to jump on the greedy girls night where they make profit from the single guys, so why not show the same courtesy to those that don't like to be treated like some bukkake whore?
Swinging has somewhat lost its identity amongst the profiteering from single guys wanting to getting laid. |

I think that’s a bit harsh, it’s a start isn’t it. It seems to me that they are in a damned if they do and damned if they don’t situation, they are at least making an effort and responding to requests.
If you feel that strongly about it why don’t ask the club if you can hire it out every 2nd Saturday (or whenever) and run your own couples only night and prove your point. In the nicest possible way, why do you expect them to put their money where your mouth is?

yes this event is a sunday, and yes it is more entrance as we are trying to cater for everyone.
it as been said before the club will never be couples only on a Saturday night, the club likes to welcome everyone but we are just trying to fit things in when people request and see how it goes, as for it being a one off before it wasn't , it was something that was run for sometime but wasn't supported by those who first wanted it, hence why it was cancelled.

Easier idea. Price increase in general, which possibly cut out so many single guy's. Single ladies 10. Couples 20. Single guys 30. After half past 10. Single guy's 35. Prices increase all the time. What with the new extension. It's still a cheap night out with use of the facilities. The price increase would make up for limiting single guy's. |

excuse me... Bukkake whore.... Bit extreme isn't it. Although I guess I have been known to fit that title and certainly wouldn't personally go to a couples only night unless meeting people we knew.
And Sundays at Chams can be quite busy... And paradise on a Sunday afternoon is good to... So for many Sunday is a good choice....

We've never been to the Attic, partly due to the stories of unwanted single males, so this sound like it could be for us.

Just had a mail from some good trusted friends in the swinging world about the Sunday event.
There was a few things that put us off attending after our visit.
However, the fact that we've heard some work has been done to improve the place, the commendation from a source we trust, and it's a couples night is really appealing and we may just get up there.
£20 is reasonable for couples only. Only beef is the 10pm close.
Partners opens til 1am I think, and usually an extra hour on a bank holiday weekend.
Any chance of an extension?  |

On the note of never being a couples only on a Saturday, we would say this is not a bad thing as many clubs in the mids are already couples only and do a good job of it.
There is a lack of couples only days in the miss, bar Sat.
Cupids do a good weds, Partners cover Thurs & Sunday. We enjoy both clubs and personally enjoy couples only nights. If there was something closer that didn't mean the longer trek, we'd certainly consider and support the night. Surely, there are others.
In the meantime, we commend the Attic for trialing a Sunday. |
