Dr Dr I think I'm coming down with an illness. My pulse is racing, my temperature is rising. And I feel very wet! Can you diagnose my illness better still do you know of a cure  |

Firstly may I put your mind at rest and say that this doesn't sound like it's too serious, although I would like to carry out a very through examination.
In the meantime I can offer a few tips that may help:
When either lying down or sitting try to keep your legs raised, your husband can help here by letting you either put them over his shoulder or by holding your ankles (high heels make holding legs in the air a little easier)
Kneeling on all fours while your husband gives vigorous back rub will help. The occasional slap on the bum help stimulate circulation too
As for the wetness, you may find massage helps. If you have your legs over your husbands shoulder then this may be an idea opportunity for him to help.
The most important thing is that you see a doctor and as I'm familiar with your case I would advise that it is myself. Not only will I be able to give an examination but I may be able to share some of my techniques for helping with the symptoms |
