Tea / Coffee making facilities, and chilled water is free of charge, a few nibbles are also provided.
Please bring with you your own alcohol and mixers and soft drinks

Fetish room with St Andrews cross, spanking bench, Smother box & Medical table.
And a Dungeon room with Bed & New sex swing
Lockers are also provided and towels are available from the bar if you wish to use the showers
Smoking is permitted, There are “Air Cleaners” with sterilair air monitoring installed,
And New air conditioning installed.
You must apply to attend via msg And received a confirmation before attending
Overnight Accommodation
If you wish to stay overnight we can offer you a caravan for the night for £20 and must be booked in advance.
They are equipped with a small heater and a kettle but you must bring with you your own bedding.
You can also bring your own Camper or Tent with a fee of £5 for electric hook-up.
