Friday 17th July to Sunday 19th July 2015
As you are aware we have once more organized a weekend for us.
On the Saturday night there will be a Marquee Disco and Buffet, remember its the people that make the weekend. There will be a theme on the Saturday night, this year it is ...
“HEAVEN and HELL”, so dig out your halos or horns as appropriate lol!.
There is very basic camping facilities available (tents, caravans, campervans and vans etc welcome) There is no power hookup. Toilets will be provided and should you require shower facilities these will be available.
There are also bed spaces available for 19 people. Please be aware that if you book this accommodation it must be paid for in full as soon as you have decided as places are limited.
We have tried to keep costs as low as we can as we wish to make this affordable to all. If you wish a breakdown on what your money is paying for please just ask. This is a non profit event and all monies go towards the event.
We have details cost below for on site accomadation, camping and event-only options. If you wish to stay in the on site accomodation it is available Friday to Sunday ONLY, and due to costs and logistics it must be booked for BOTH nights. Bunkhouse spaces are on a “first to pay, gets the bed” basis.
accomodation:- £62.00 per person for whole weekend includes linen, food, and event Saturday evening.
Camping there are two options:-
Option one:- £39.00 per person for whole weekend Friday through to Sunday includes camping , food and event on Saturday evening.
Option two:- £32.00 per person for Saturday to Sunday only to include camping, food and event on Saturday evening.
Both options – arrival not before 2pm on Friday (option 1) or anytime Saturday (option 2), leaving before 2pm Sunday.
Event only:- If you want to attend, but can’t stay over, the cost of an event-only ticket is £25.00.
WE MUST REMIND YOU that ALL deposits, or full payments are FINAL, we pay for all equipment, food etc in advance, and therefore CANNOT issue refunds if you book and then cannot attend. Please consider carefully before making payments.
No spaces will be allocated without a deposit being paid. Mart (Sthwalescpl) is once more the banker for the event please make his extremely tough job easier by being prompt with your payments and detail requests .
Mands is once more being our amazing buffet chef am sure everyone who has been before agrees she did an amazing job last two events
SECURITY
Please please be as discreet as you can . We are trying to keep the dates and location as much out of the forums as we can. As you are aware forums are open to the public to view. We would like everyone to have a stress free and fun weekend. The location WILL not be given out until a week before the event.

Still plenty of space, lots of fun folks already signed up, come and enjoy a great weekend in Wales, along with Twisted who are providing 2 dj's, a sexy dance act, and a fire act for the Saturday night event, based in a large marquee on site, with a free buffet too.... just bring your on booze lol!  |
