Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

We're into double figures on the thread counter now. Nowhere near the epic numbers of the HottieBottie and Luke birthday bash last year but still...

We're about 53 days away from my birthday party at Jaydee's.

The theme is 1950s and the list is already awesome. However, there's always room for more lovely people.

The club prices are:

£30 single men

£20 couples

£10 women (I think)

It's bring a bottle as there is no bar licence there but there will be a buffet and dancing.

I will be supplying lots of bubbly Prosecco and some Bacardi to get things started. I'll probably sort out a cake too (you've got to have cake at a birthday party).

Local hotels are filling with Fab people so pick one and get yourself settled in.

The club will open for us to meet up in the afternoon at about 2pm before we return to our hotels to turn ourselves into all manner of 1950s gorgeousness.

There will be burgers, hotdogs and salads. So please state if you are coming in the afternoon.

Jeans are allowed but I am asking you to be James Dean if you're wearing them. No trainers and look edible.

I currently have 3 dresses.. 2 wiggle and a tea dress. Luckily I like them all, but I'm still contemplating getting another hehehe

I've done it!!! I've ordered the dress.. Now to hope it fits and if not that the next size is in stock when I exchange it.. Now I need an underskirt but I can get one off ebay.

Didn't want to wait as finally had the money and knowing ME it'll get frittered away. I did get 10% off though

What are the guys wearing?

Go Rat Pack.

Thought that was 60's?

It started in the 50's with bogart then went through to the 60's also with other people

I was thinking rat pack, nice black suit and bowtie undone

I'm thinking maybe tuxedo but I'm not sure what kind of state it would be in when I got it back

They would have to be really talk to fit in it

Maybe you and Goldie could wear it sitting on each others shoulders, one could be the legs, the other the torso

I meant when I gave the suit back to the rental place
