Continuous Capital Letters are regarded online as 'shouting' and unneeded.
From third party research, text completely in capital letters is more difficult to read than conventional text.

capitol letters are reguarded as either shoutin or in ric's case, capitol letters are used for grabbin peoples attention and it works.
also if its shoutin u would usually have a couple of these !!! at the end. |
