Circus theme night

The club opens at 8pm Saturday and runs until 3am

Club membership is required and you must bring 1 form of ID if your not already a member and you must be on the guest list to receive the opportunity to attend at the discounted prices (see below)

To sign up for membership please pre-apply online (see the Xtasia website found on their club page) for quicker entry on the night - no I.D, no entry!

Special discounted pricing (only available to those on the list!) for the night:

Couples

Members £20. Non members £30 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £25 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Ladies

Members £10. Non members £20 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £15 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Guys

Members £10. Non members £35 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £22.50 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Please note: Being on the list does not overlook any bans/restrictions already put in place by the club so if in doubt please ask before hand to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey

To have your name added to the list you must either comment on the thread or PM myself directly as I am the one organising the list/doing the admin. If you don't you risk not being added!

The list will Close 22nd January 2014 so get your names down in plenty of time to avoid missing out!

The List will only be available too view on this date - at which point NO MORE NAMES WILL BE ADDED - for people to PM me and confirm attendance/non-attendance and to check I have the right details to pass on. Confirmations will be sent out after this with any info required for the night. If on a single profile and you do not have a ' +1' next to your name you will only get single entry price - so make sure I know of any potential +1's even if a non fab member. If your name/+1 isn't on the list you don't get the reduced rate!!

For those driving to the club there is a large car park around the back of the club that they are permitted to use (to the right, not the little one on the left!) Enough for a few hundred cars - so i'm sure there will be a space or two left!

There is no pressure to play for those just wishing to socialise, whilst for those that do there are plenty of rooms and areas available for play

Leave any nerves at the door as you won't be needing them once you're in - any newbies will happily been shown around to make sure you are happy with all the facilities. Feel free to chat to others who have been to the club before to put your mind at rest too!

It is a normal club night so the usual dress code still applies (see below) if you do not wish to join in with our Circus themed night

Club dress code:

Guys - Smart clothing. No ripped jeans, trainers, T-shirts or headwear. Entry may be refused

Ladies - As erotic and flirtatious as you dare. Changing areas have been provided, so bring along a choice of outfits if you wish

Xtasia do have a deal with the Premier Inn next door and also the Park Inn at a fixed rate of £49 on a Saturday night - please state that you will be attending Xtasia so that you will be allocated to the right floor. The Premier Inn, West Bromwich Central, is 50 yards from our front door. The Park Inn is about 1/2 mile from us, right beside Junction 1 of the M5, and our local taxi service charges £3 for the trip between us. As well as lovely rooms, you get full access to the health suite and leisure centre, during your stay. If booking in advance and find that the room is cheaper online then again please call them so they can put you with everyone else. To get the Xtasia rate you MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECT to get this. If you book online you will pay the online price!

The club has kindly opened their doors to us all on a couples only night so best behaviour please by everyone - if anyone is found to be breaking club rules, causing a nuisance or generally acting out of line then the owners will ask you to leave

I have been informed by the Xtasia owners that only bona fide club members, and those named on my master list will be allowed in the club on the night - meaning if you are not a member and not on the list with a pre application ready, you wont be getting in on the night

Lets make this night as good as the other forum socials - if not better!!

For those who were wanting to book in at the Prem inn still Paul has confirmed that the Xtasia rate for the coming year HAS been sorted, so call them back and get booked in. Any issues when doing so ask to speak to the duty manager about it as it HAS been agreed

No 'exact mileage' no - But given your only in Gloucester i'd say get the full membership at the reduced rate as your not far away from the club

'Miles away' is meant more for those travelling a LONG distance

Had a couple of queries re what forms of ID are acceptable at the club (re membership/entry) so I've copied this from Xtasia's own FAQ's.

"This site has Membership Application Forms. Please fill one of these in, before setting out to the club. We will reply to them all within a few hours, giving you an indication if membership will be accepted, or we are at capacity for a specific group. Once you have an acceptance email, visit us when you can with a valid form of Photo ID for each member, plus a recent utility bill if possible. Membership isn’t allowed without checking ID. Passport or Driving Licence is ideal, a recent utility bill, and bank cards are also acceptable."

Any specific questions - email the club via the link on their website.

Since the majority are staying at Prem inn I see that as the best place (although any staying at other venues are more than welcome to arrange their own)

Seriously though - Fox and I are up the night before for the foam party - so if anyone is arriving pre check in time we'll be around. There's a bar at the hotel but if anyone wanted to eat prior to the club there's a great little area 5 mins walk away with no end of choices!

Its all filed ready for when people arrive. Took us 30 seconds when we joined! That's why people have been requested to complete online - they then just check names and addresses against your ID.

And a lot quicker than people standing at reception filling out forms!

Coats are taken at reception and stored in cupboards - you are given a ticket by staff and only they have access to them.

You will of course need somewhere to store your coat ticket and locker key! (which is on a wristband)

When i play I don't want a handbag getting in the way or even have to have one eye on it so it or any of its contents doesn't vanish.

Yes - lockable lockers - like most clubs have!

Coats are taken at reception and stored in cupboards - you are given a ticket by staff and only they have access to them.

You will of course need somewhere to store your coat ticket and locker key! (which is on a wristband)

Iv been to one club and they didn't have lockers... So forgive me for asking!

No problem asking questions.

look at the op post at the top of this forum thread as more info is there about the admission fees for this event and it is possible to pay a one off admission fee for this
