Vivente Club will be opening it's door's for business in Sunderland on Saturday 11th January 2014.
We are compiling a Guest List and the Guests who attend on the night will receive 3 months free membership.
The club span's over an impressive 3 floors, has 6 play rooms, showers, bathrooms and locker rooms. Also 11 double over night stay rooms.

Yeah screams 'couples exclusive' to me, so not to worry.
I dont mind paying membership and entry but not more than 2 people do |

The anual membership for single women is higher than that of a couple yes.
But the entrance fee is free to single women all year and £20 per night for a couple.

we feel this is a fair price and due to the amount of single women who attend clubs alone on a regular basis then free entry all year round is more than acceptable |

I think it does. I live miles away so i would rarely go up there.
On the occasions i did i would end up paying membership more; than just a nights entry.
Meaning id be better off coupling up & splitting the cost.
So you're encouraging single women to couple up.
Why would i pay out more membership than a couple?
Simply i wouldn't. Not when i have the choice of at least 8 other clubs between home & your place.
I use clubs to meet with others that live miles away but at that price a hotel or getting them to come to the midlands & stay at one of our clubs is just more financially viable.
I also travel to partners or down towards the capital but again i wouldn't fork out more for membership than couples.
If i were a greedy girl or a regular then maybe free entry would appeal. But im not.
I asked my female friends last night & they agreed. Why would a single woman pay more than couples for membership when men are always asking women to couple up for club visits & we can get into very established places fir less than a third of the price? |

If it was lifetime membership and a I was a regular visitor, I wouldn't mind paying the fee, but if I was to go there once or twice, it just wouldn't be worth it.

I've never heard of a club charging single women the same membership price as single men and quite frankly I think that the club are either doing one of two things, a) being exceedingly greedy or b) frightfully inexperienced and therefore charging a rather ridiculous fee.

The membership fee thing is a problem as I would be interested in visiting now and then. I am close enough for an ad hoc visit but not for regular visits, and so being charged so much for one or two visits would put me off.
Shame, as there are so few clubs in the North East. Maybe consider a smaller fee for a one off visit? Then if the woman wants to she can pay full membership. More clubs need to do this for us travelling swingers. |

just want to add this thought - what if you don't like the place..at door you have to pay full membership plus entrance go in and ... ten minutes later you want to go... Do you get the membership back... think not - Reason why some couples avoid clubs with membership fees |

Its actually why a lot of clubs charge single women very little. Its also why single men are constantly posting looking for a single woman to join them 
But hey its all just my own experienced opinion of course.
Im sure all the single mums will fork out more for a sitter so why not try & cash in on high membership fees when the club isn't even open or established yet |

I have to agree, seems a slightly naieve pricing policy.
Club prices are always going to be in debate, but I've yet to see a club review titled "great club but its too overrun with horney single females"
Personally, I'd do everything I could to attract the smallest and generally most requested demographic.
Seems an odd approach... But it's their club and can run it how they see fit.... Until it shuts down.

we are offering 3 months free membership so people can see what the place is about. and if you had read the profile of our club properly you would note that it said charges may be changed prior to opening, meaning that we will take on board what customers want. it isn't about being greedy or inexperienced, 14 years in the swinging scene and running another business alongside this has given us enough of an insight to know what people want. we appreciate everyones comments and will review the fees  |

We are not here to make enemies we are here to make our club and business a success hence us listening to what you have to say.
We have decided on the following ..
Yearly membership:
Couples - £25
Single Males - £30
Single Females - £10
Tv's - £10
One joining every ones first entry is free.
Entry Prices:
Friday - Sunday
Couples - £20
Single Male - £25
Single Female - £5
Tv's - £10
Tuesdays ~ Gay/Bi~sexual
Couples - £10
Single Male - £20
Single Female - £5

Just to clarify we have had a message asking if the opening event is free.
Unfortunately this is not the case as most of you know by my confirmation messages.
The charge for the night is the same as any other night but we give you 3 months free membership.
I do know that most of you know but just incase though I had better post it x |

Not sure if we are hun.
We have close to 200 ppl coming and we are so busy making sure everything is ready.
Although we have many handswe still want everything to be right lol |
