Circus theme night

The club opens at 8pm Saturday and runs until 3am

Club membership is required and you must bring 1 form of ID if your not already a member and you must be on the guest list to receive the opportunity to attend at the discounted prices (see below)

To sign up for membership please either pre-apply online (see the Xtasia website found on their club page) for quicker entry on the night, or register with them on arrival - no I.D, no entry!

Special discounted pricing (only available to those on the list!) for the night:

Couples

Members £20. Non members £30 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £25 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Ladies

Members £10. Non members £20 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £15 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Guys

Members £10. Non members £35 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £22.50 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Please note: Being on the list does not overlook any bans/restrictions already put in place by the club so if in doubt please ask before hand to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey

The list will Close 22nd January 2014 so get your names down in plenty of time to avoid missing out! Confirmations will be sent out the week before. Can I remind people to make sure I have the up to date profile names before this date (due to Christmas names etc) so there is no confusion on the night or people being missed out on the list. Also so I can get all details sent out once the final list is made. If your name isn't on the list you don't get the reduced rate!!

There is no pressure to play for those just wishing to socialise, whilst for those that do there are plenty of rooms and areas available for play

Leave any nerves at the door as you won't be needing them once you're in - any newbies will happily been shown around to make sure you are happy with all the facilities. Feel free to chat to others who have been to the club before to put your mind at rest too!

It is a normal club night so the usual dress code still applies (see below) if you do not wish to join in with our Circus themed night

Club dress code:

Guys - Smart clothing. No ripped jeans, trainers, T-shirts or headwear. Entry may be refused

Ladies - As erotic and flirtatious as you dare. Changing areas have been provided, so bring along a choice of outfits if you wish

Xtasia do have a deal with the Premier Inn next door at a fixed rate of £49 on a Saturday night - please state that you will be attending Xtasia so that you will be allocated to the right floor. If booking in advance and find that the room is cheaper online then again please call them so they can put you with everyone else

The club has kindly opened their doors to us all on a couples only night so best behaviour please by everyone - if anyone is found to be breaking club rules, causing a nuisance or generally acting out of line then the owners will ask you to leave

Lets make this night as good as the other forum socials - if not better!!

Pointers!

1. Anyone wanting to be put on the list, have adjustments made (be taken off, add a partner, etc) MUST CONTACT ME!

I'M doing the admin/organising, so I need to be told otherwise you risk being missed out

2. I need up to date profile names for both parties attending (if using single profiles, or a couples name) by the closing date - 22nd January

3. There is a large car park round the back of the club that they use (to the right, not the little one on the left!)

Enough for a few hundred cars - so i'm sure there will be a space or two left!

4. If you don't see a +1 next to your name and are planning on having one can you let me know for my master list please, or you'll be but as just a single

5. I have been informed by Xtasia owners that only bona fide club members, and those named on my master list will be allowed in the club on the night

I'm looking forward to it to, especially helping you into that dress, and maybe out of it.

When i joined as a member of _tasia, i fill in the membership form on their website. They called me by phone to tell me my membership had been accepted. Turned up on the night i wanted to attend with my id, and got my membership card at the door, was allowed in.

This was over 6 months ago now, so not sure if anything has changed with the membership process since then?

That should be fine, that's what most people do to make it quicker on the night they first go there. Best thing to do is message Xtasia on thier profile on here to make sure it is OK

Popeye89 you posted on the last thread that you didn't know what to do with your phone at the club. The answer to that is quite simple, all mobiles must be left with you coats in the cloakroom near reception. No mobiles allowed in the rest of the club I'm afraid.

Thanks - what do you mean by bona fide members though, does that mean that this membership is different to normal membership; your use of the phrase is slightly confusing especially with your use of capitals.

To clarify, you must either be on the Master List for attending this event as a social evening, a one off and therefore not needing club membership, or you must be a club member. Club members are those who have an up to date club membership, or have been accepted for club membership and have had an email back from us stating you may attend the club.

I'm confused now, sorry. The OP says club membership is required, but you say for a one off visit it's not required.

Okay, i have a driving license..and that's from a while back. I look nothing like that now..will that suffice?

I haven't had a look at the club website properly yet. So, some of my questions may be answered on there.

..i understand that phones are not allowed anywhere else in the club. Are we allowed to put it in the club locker? I'm a bit particular about certain things you see.

I booked through the website. The cost was the same as the 'Xtasia rate' so I wasn't bothered by that, but wanted to be on the same floor as everyone else so I rang them up next day and gave my booking reference and asked for the Xtasia rooms.

Think they were 're-negotiating' a new rate for this year. Best to check online, if its less than £49 then i'd book it, if not wait to call back

They'd take money if you booked the advanced reservation. With that, there's no cancellation of the booking and you pay as you book.

They're currently £55 a room so I think I'll wait and call again in a week. I think popeye's plan might be a good one-to ask them to put a note on the reservation so we get the Xtasia rate (hopefully).

I have copied this from the Xtasia website:

"We now have 2 deals in place, with the Premier Inn and also the Park Inn, West Bromwich. Both offer Xtasia visitors the following rates. Friday and Sundays £39, Saturdays £49.

The Premier Inn, West Bromwich Central, is 50 yards from our front door, and the obvious tall building landmark when looking for us.

If you book well in advance, significant savings on the normal rates can be achieved. If you find the stated price is above our “Xtasia Rates”, please call the hotel direct and book with them, just ask for the “Xtasia Rate”. If the price is less on the internet, book there, however still call the hotel to get allocated to the right floor in the hotel. Rooms on the same floors as other Xtasia guests will then be allocated; ensuring families staying with them won’t be disturbed. Please note, when they nearly get to capacity rooms may need to be booked for 2 nights. Yep - the club is open to all members as usual. It's not a requirement to be on the social list, or indeed a Fab member to get in - existing club members will be there to. We're not taking the place over!

Just double checking with Paul & Flirt re your query - have checked their website and it states single guys must be on the social guest list - so if your query related to a single guy, either check with the club direct or check back on here - Fox or I will update once they've come back to us.!

As there have been problems with the list it seems, some people I have spoken to would rather not risk being left off, and just head there as they are members anyway, but it would have been useful to have the correct information to start with as fab members don't just associate with people on fab. Here's what Paul agreed.

Saturday 1st Feb. Fab Forum Social. Guest list run by Obi, suggest a new thread. £10 in per person, must be on guest list. Everyone must be a club member.

Various reasons for each point. We'll run it as a singles welcome night on the basis of it giving us plenty of time to warn existing members that it will be occurring. We'll also need to change our rules for other events to match this, so uproar isn't created...my problem, not yours.

£10 per person should get around the sexist arguments for you all, however the membership to club is needed. Bottom line, we are a Private Members Club and need to know who is in the building, that they are over 18, and club members at all times.

What this means for each group is as follows.

Couples

If already members of the club it will cost you £20 for the evening. Normal entry is £25 on a Saturday. If not members then it will cost you £30 to come in if you think you'll be using the club again in the future and want full membership. If you live miles away and will only ever come once, we do a discounted rate membership for £5.

Single Ladies.

£10 in if already a member. £20 in if wishing to become a full member, or £15 in if a one off visit.

Single Guys

Its getting to be a bit of a joke now, this list has people disappearing on it, details for the social keep changing there is obviously a lack of forethought and consistency and its not fair on people booking or who already have booked hotel rooms. There really needs clarity in the FIRST thread up which is consistent throughout and reading it its really not good.

Wow what a mess not really ideal for people travelling I can see some people who have booked a hotel a while back when they were cheap not being allowed in at this rate. I think we will pass we like socials to be fun and friendly not full of uncertainty and drama.

The club has been kind enough to change it's door policy on what is usually a couples only night.

Details of pricing has been there since day one - as has the fact that membership is required (although the club has reduced rates for those making a one off visit.)

Details of the arrangement with the hotel have been listed - any issues with staff at the Prem Inn are the responsibility of the hotel - not the club or any poster on here.

Travel info has been provided by numerous posters as well as other useful club info.

If you've seen a social organised with more info provided then I'd be surprised.

But if you've a personal gripe regarding anything either myself, Fox or the club have posted please feel free to PM us privately rather than put down the event. If it's not for you - that's fine - but there seems to be an awful lot of people looking forward to the event and happy with the arrangements, info, and advice provided.

Lee I know your involvement with Xtasias so your involvement on this thread is not an independent one but one of defence. We are entitled to post our opinion on how this social has been run on this and other threads, we have not broken the rules just pointed out that elements could be confusing to others. Obviously you have taken exception to out opinion but never the less its our opinion and it really shouldn't take a three pronged someone assertive response to an opinion as we are entitled one.

My involvement with Xtasia is that I'm a member of the club and try and get down there once a month or so to visit friends.

It's fair enough that you want to post an opinion, but if you don't want to actually clarify that opinion no matter how many different people ask you to, this begs the question, why voice such a vague opinion in the first place?

Please feel free to clarify which elements might be confusing, that way they can be cleared up by the social organisers, then the confusion can be avoided.

..i think for those who have followed the previous threads, there isn't much confusion as everyone has been keeping up to date. It may be a bit of a blur for someone who hasn't kept us with these threads and may seem a bit confusing.

No bias on my side. But, don't make such a small thing in to a big thing.

we have not broken the rules just pointed out that elements could be confusing to others. Obviously you have taken exception to out opinion

The only persons that have mentioned rule breaking so far are yourselves, so once again, no you haven't broken any rules, yes you're entitled to your opinion and nobody has said otherwise. What has been said though is that if you can see elements that might be confusing to others, please actually say what they are, so the confusion can be stopped.

I have added as much info as I possibly can to the opening post for the next thread - so everyone PLEASE read this to make sure you are happy that you know everything you need to!

If you have any issues/queries please PM me so I can sort it asap

Here are the things I have added to look out for:

How to have names added to the list (including the required info on +1's)

When the list will be available to _iew (and how to confirm details etc)

Info on parking at the club

Hotel info (for both the Prem inn and the Park inn) and how to get the Xtasia rate
