I will be hosting a basic pole fitness (NOT lap dancing)night at Xtasia Friday 6th September 8-9pm All welcome Ladies and Gents I will be showing you basic moves for you to try dress is shorts and T-shirts no extra charge on top of normal entry price but club membership is required Ladies and Gents if you do it right you will ache the next day LOL If you fancy joining me please add your names so i can get an idea on numbers

Seems people are a little shy to try pole fitness but there are 2 on the list now

If people are interested and there are enough wanting to try it may well be each first friday of the month so maybe you can plan babysitters for the next one

blimy last time I was there you had 2 poles that's was plenty to go on lol

but there again you cant have to many poles at a club more to go round

Not tall enough, and we can't put a platform in on the dancefloor for a spinner, as everyone falls off them dizzy!! Maybe elsewhere once more bits done upstairs!!
