"I've been there a few times. The first time was great, but the last time was really quiet and felt exclusive. I'm thinking about going again on Tuesday. Has anyone been there recently?"
Hi I know you don't mean harm and that you're a nice guy but posting that is just counter productive. It just works against the event rather than helps it.
There's usually a really good balance (and the club has a 3:1 limit in place anyway) but the more people post negative things (sometimes only based on the fact that nobody wanted to play with them rather than it actually being cliquey) the harder it becomes to attract single girls and couples
I personally do my best at every event to make sure nobody feels excluded so it's obviously disappointing that you felt like that.
MOTD is always a very variable through the year and hard to predict given that it's a daytime event and it's often just spur of the moment that people come. Sometimes it's unexpectedly busy and sometimes it's unexpectedly quiet.
With single females being free entry it also means that a lot don't add themselves to the guestlist beforehand as they know they can get in without needing to be added. This then gives the impression that no females will be there as it's mainly just guys listed on the forum so there's that to compete with as well!
If anyone has any feedback please drop me a message! xx

Just to add some support for Kirsty here. I've been to many MOTD's, some are really busy & some are really quiet. You have to just take the chance and not have any expectations. If you have fun then great, if not then better luck next time. Kirsty does always make a huge effort even if not playing...very rare I know...she always takes time to have a chat and a laugh. Personally I find that if you (one) makes an effort to get involved, chat at the bar, play a bit of pool whatever it makes a big difference. I'm happy just watching all the lovely lady's in their sexy outfits
Hopefully I can make tomorrow, I'll drop you a line in the morning ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

There’s not been any events of Kirsty’s that have been quiet on a MOTD. As for being clicky you have to socialise with people in there and chat and then maybe couples or single females will invite you into a room or where ever. You can expect to go once and have loads of fun. If you go regular you get to know more people in there |

Yes it's a very welcoming club in general but at the same time it can't be helped that people know each other or even pre-arrange to meet up and play together. It's the same as you'd expect in any social environment really - some people go to meet new people and some go to meet with those they already know - neither way is 'wrong'
