We are off to Secrets next week for the first time and we’re not sure what to wear (MF couple). Prefer to go super sexy, but don’t want to feel out of place.
What do you think?

Mostly you will find smart casual for men - think nice shirt, smartish trousers and shoes. Women often a cocktail type dress or a bit more revealing until 11/12 and then a lot go down to underwear/nude.
Basically wear whatever you feelost comfortable in and you'll have the best time!
