"For those asking about levels attending this event, after the event growing it was agreed to cap the numbers on the list.As you have to remember the club is still open to it's members aswell, we don't have sole use of the club. After trying closing the whole list early for a few events, we received feedback that and it was clear that way wouldn't work as the males were way outnumbering the females and we were recieving feedback that people were no longer coming due to there being not enough females or to many males. So after having had a meeting with chames and the team it was agreed that capping the amount of single males was the next avenue to try, as for example when capping the whole list at say 325 people you have 200 single males,50couples and 25 single female that's 250 males to 75 females, leaving some woman feeling outnumbered and some blokes feeling they don't stand a chance as there is just not enough females in the club. Also bear in mind alot of people team up as couples for this event but actually play as singles as that was another idea on the table was to only allow actual couples profiles to add as couples. I know some people are frustrated with not making the list but unfortunately I have to try different ways to make this event fit the venue and keep the staff on board. And like someone mentioned my inbox is none stop aswell from the moment I post the list to even while at the event and to keep it fair I don't take any names for the list till it is posted in the forum so everyone has the same chance and I don't post the list in the forum now till a few days after the event to allow everyone chance as is was being posted while the event was on meaning people at the current event didn't have a fair chance. I hope this irons out some of the frustrations and please bear in mind, I run this event on my own aswell as working a very full time job, so replies are not instant." You are doing an amazing job and the numbers always seems to be well balanced. The event is a brill event and welcomes all. In my eyes the list is up in plenty of time, my fear is that if there is too much gripping about numbers Steve could quite easily say no more and make it a member’s only event!!! | |||

If you are members of Chameleons you don't need to be on the list you can attend the club as normal | |||

Please try and be polite and respectful to those around you and especially the staff as I've had reports of people being rude to staff, please remember you are there as guests and if they can't get the staff to work the event the event won't happen. Those claiming there wasn't enough single males last night that is because over 20 didn't bother to turn up after putting there name on the list, if this is going to be the case then we will have to come up with a strike system for the guest list. And tidy as you go please people, again used condoms left all round the place, even corridors &stairs and there is just no need, there is plenty of bins around. And drink responsibly if you need to get blind d*unk at a swingers event maybe it's not for you, no one should need that much Dutch courage. Finally thank you to those who turn up and enjoy the event and are respectful of those around them and there surroundings." As an ex organiser I can't echo Ches' words enough about the drinking. There were far too many women completely wasted last night. It's dangerous! You are putting yourself in a very vulnerable position. Drinking to be sociable is one thing to need to get smashed to enjoy sex well maybe you need to rethink is swinging for you. As for the condoms everywhere. Wow! Really, would you like them strewn around your home like it! Have some respect! | |||

However there was two or three who let the night down. Ladies please don’t get d*unk as a male it’s not an attractive quality and is off putting and the guys who do like to play with ladies in that state need to rethink. Not only are the women allowing themselves into vulnerable position but men your leaving yourself open too. But on a whole laughs were had and time was very much enjoyed well done chess until the next one xx | |||
