Anyone struggling for a hotel stay at premier inn?
We’ve got a room booked but cannot cancel as it’s very late notice. Somethings come up which means we cannot go.
I’ve never done this before so I don’t know if the hotel accepts name changes or they ask for id of the booking? |

They just ask for names of guess and first line of address

I’ve managed to change the dates to the next event, the hotel receptionist was very nice. So if anyone still struggling for a room just ring up and ask for any cancelled rooms.
Really wished we didn’t have to cancel! Been looking forward to tonight for months! Haha.
Real life gets in the way sometimes I guess. But I hope you all have a good night!  |
