I’m not staying there but many people are, so yes, it’s one of the closest hotels to Pandora

It’s recommended that you come as early as you can (obviously not before 8pm lol !) to make sure you get in and get a locker (it would be great if people could share a locker where possible too ) Sadly, even if you’re on the guest list and arrive late , if the club is to capacity you will not be permitted entry. As you all know, we are a huge club and it isn’t often we are in this position.. but no one wants to miss out on a butterfly party !!!! Can’t wait to see you all for what is shaping up to be the party of the year !! |

Ordinarily that would be the case but due to sheer numbers we need to switch it to guest list only. Even if you’re a member, the club cannot exceed a certain number for fire regulations. It’s not often we reach capacity but we may well do on Saturday night, in which case, regardless if you’re a member or on the guest list , if the club is at capacity then you will not be allowed in . No exceptions. Regulations are in place for everyone’s safety and are non negotiable. I realise some people may be disappointed but sadly, I can’t make the venue bigger !!! |

You really need to start adding if they are on reserve list as when this thread was started I was on the assumption club was at full capacity but you are confusing even me lol by just saying added...will probably make them think they are actually on the guest list x |

If we only added exactly enough to the list that the club holds then there would still be space for many more (of whom we have probably turned down for the guest list originally as it appeared full) . The only way to get around it would be to possibly secure payment in advance which would be non refundable.. not a favourable option in my opinion as general consensus prefers payment on the night. It’s always going to be a tricky one and either way you approach it, there will always be some that end up disappointed as logistics are what they are ! We are fortunate that it isn’t often we have this dilemma as we are blessed with a huge club for hosting these immense party nights !! |

Maybe going forward it might be better to make them ticket only events with the number of tickets locked with couples and singles so you at least know when you run out and start your reserve list, just a suggestion |

Sorry if i sound rude or abrupt  BUT... are you anything to do with the club or hostess? butterfly has been doing events for a long time and has everything in hand.. no offence but all you need to worry about is getting there early enough to get a locker theres no need to slander the host or the club on the forums.. the club is well aware of the regulations and as a business will adhere to them.. causing unnecessary stress and upset to party goers is unfair.. i think you should stop being rude and leave the club and host to there business and just enjoy yourself at the party |

You really need to start adding if they are on reserve list as when this thread was started I was on the assumption club was at full capacity but you are confusing even me lol by just saying added...will probably make them think they are actually on the guest list x

Sorry if i sound rude or abrupt BUT... are you anything to do with the club or hostess? butterfly has been doing events for a long time and has everything in hand.. no offence but all you need to worry about is getting there early enough to get a locker theres no need to slander the host or the club on the forums.. the club is well aware of the regulations and as a business will adhere to them.. causing unnecessary stress and upset to party goers is unfair.. i think you should stop being rude and leave the club and host to there business and just enjoy yourself at the party "
Erm I have known the club since it first opened and butterfly is amazing ... don't know were in there you believe I'm slandering the club you don't know me so don't jump to assumptions and try reading what I actually said ... I was trying to clarify some will be confused now if they on guest list or reserve don't know how that's slander ... need to chose your words wisely |

Ordinarily that would be the case but due to sheer numbers we need to switch it to guest list only. Even if you’re a member, the club cannot exceed a certain number for fire regulations. It’s not often we reach capacity but we may well do on Saturday night, in which case, regardless if you’re a member or on the guest list , if the club is at capacity then you will not be allowed in . No exceptions. Regulations are in place for everyone’s safety and are non negotiable. I realise some people may be disappointed but sadly, I can’t make the venue bigger !!!
But still now can you add me in the list?
