Do you remember the decade that came and went, came and went , where video killed the radio start, where girls they just wanted to have fun, wild boys fell far from glory, when the material girl was touched for the very first time and the rain was purple?
Punch your card after working so hard, get out your padded shoulders, put on your leg warmers, roll up your jacket sleeves and come take a nostalgic musical walk down memory lane at the Attic on Saturday the 24th of September you can Relax! let your hair down dancing with somebody feeling the heat with somebody.
As always the fancy dress is a bit of optional fun, but would you want to miss the opportunity to dress up as a new romantic, Crockett and Tubbs or Daisy duke?. Best dressed person gets a kiss off Woody, worst dressed person well you can snog the grumpy barmen  . Those of you choosing not to come in fancy dress standard, Saturday night dress code applies (Smart casual , no ripped jeans , no trainers)

Those of you that are visiting for the fist time don’t worry it’s a very friendly crowd, if you let the door staff know they will arrange a tour of the club for you. The club doesn't sell alcohol just soft drinks, tea and coffee. But you can bring your own alcohol and leave it behind the bar.
No membership required. Entrance fees are ;
£10 for Single ladies
£15 for Couples and TV’s
£30 for Single guys
Doors will open at 7.30pm, single guys will be allowed in from 8.30pm onwards, this is because for every couple or single lady that are in a single guy will be allowed in.

Got an idea to dress as a SHARP DRESSED MAN, so if your looking for NEW SENSATIONS, then you can't BEAT IT in the Attic for SIMPLY THE BEST night where you don't feel UNDER PRESSURE. So HERE I GO AGAIN and say if you fancy A KIND OF MAGIC come down, feel like your DANCING ON THE CIELING with EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE. And what ever your POISON is you can be FOOTLOOSE.
Now for the life of us, can't think of any 80's songs to request... |

So who's on THE FINAL COUNTDOWN? Who can see THE EYE OF THE TIGER? Who's ready to COME ON EILEEN, or another willing participant (if your attending and your name is Eileen, then be prepared for the same joke ALL NIGHT LONG). Who's going to be THE LADY IN RED? Can our guest DJ play a song ESPECIALLY FOR YOU? It's going to be INTERGALACTIC. Check the post at the top, the clubs website or clubs social media for all the details. |

RELAX you still have time. Get in your FAST CAR and FIGHT THE POWER cause it is going to be an amazing nigHT WITH OR WITHOUT YOU but we'd prefer if you was aboard the LOCOMOTION that is The Attic Party Night. Come and EXPRESS YOURSELF as THIS MUST BE THE PLACE to be FREE FALLIN' into some SEXUAL HEALING. Come and enjoy yourselves TIME AFTER TIME like IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT.
P.S. the joy of fitting so many songs into these posts has kept us somewhat amused. Bet you can't wait for the Halloween puns. (Halloween Party Sat 29th Oct, consider this the early call for it) |
