FFFF @ Xtasia Friday 21st January.
Team Xtasia would like to offer you the opportunity to come along to the first FFFF event of 2022. This is the official guest list for the event.
FFFF (Fab Forum Free Fun), Friday 21st January, 8pm to 3am. Dress code for the event is smart casual, so no hoodies, caps, ripped jeans, track suits etc.
Here are the rules for attending the FFFF Event:
COUPLES are Free entry if on the guest list. You'll need to be a genuine couple on Fab, with at least one meet in person verification as a couple for us to add you to the list. We think this is very fair as many singles are now starting to hook up as a couple just to get into an event, with no intentions of ever playing as a couple after it. That's not really the idea, and if problems arise on the night, it’s normally these relationships that give us the issues.
SINGLE FEMALES are free entry if on the guest list.
SINGLE GUYS must be members already, or accepted as members of Xtasia but yet to visit. Bottom line here, if you’re not a member already of Xtasia, then apply for club membership via the club web site. (Just google Xtasia).
You have plenty of time to be approved before the event. If you leave it till the last minute then you probably won't get in. Please only ask to be added to this guest list if you’re an approved club member.
SINGLE GUYS, PLEASE MENTION WHEN POSTING IN THE THREAD THAT YOU ARE A MEMBER/HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED FOR MEMBERSHIP OR YOU WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE GUEST LIST.

All members are still welcome to attend even if not on the guest list, though normal entry rules and charges will apply if you're not on the guest list.
PLEASE NOTE, we will be operating this event under our new rules for the venue. Flirts will remain couples and ladies only from 8pm. No single men allowed in Flirts after this time! Single guys, couples and single females will be allowed in the main Xtasia club. Couples and ladies who do not wish to meet single guys can move across from Xtasia into Flirts at no extra cost.
NO single guys will be allowed into the lower playroom area unless invited in by a couple or single female. It’s predominantly a Social, if you can’t be bothered to chat before trying to play, you shouldn’t be there!! Make an effort guys, be sociable, it reaps rewards. We will also be enforcing our dress code, look scruffy, and you won’t get in! Be warned!!
Free entry to those who make the list, are club members and are well presented on the night.
Those who attend who aren't already club members, will get the chance to join if they like what they see. Please bring along valid ID if you think that might be of interest.
Look at the Xtasia website 'Accommodation' page for onsite hotel rooms, and local hotels. Do try and book your hotel as soon as you can as they do tend to get booked up when the FFFF events are on.
Flirts bar will be open from 6pm if you fancy a few drinks and a game or two of pool to help start the evening.

If you ask to be added after this time it won't be possible as the guest list will already be sent to the club. You can still attend but normal club rules and costs will apply.
Also can I please remind all single males wishing to be added to the guest list to state when asking if they are members or have been accepted for membership to Xtasia.
If you do not state this, you will NOT be added to the list. This has been made quite clear in the first post on this thread.

Just leaving to head to the club so will be incognito for awhile, I will answer any guestlist queries when I'm available well before the guestlist closes, keep an eye out for responses before the closing time.

Great night, thanks to all who made it along, and massive thanks to Noobs69 and secretary for running the guest list so efficiently.
Got to give a shout out to "don't even know his name" who jumped in to help on the decks and pulled off a great night. Thank you. Think he may be back, lol. |

Thanks for the great night! Our first time back since covid and everything was perfect and safe so we will be back real soon As usual the Team is a real asset making it perfect night and we love the new changes you’ve made! Well done to the DJ too |
