Nearest thing is Bristol gardens health spa Brighton but it's not full on swinging it's naturist with play/ rest rooms

Round the Bend

The South Coast is poorly served with clubs so it's a drive to the traffic clogged M25/London area. Look at the club review section under South East for the nearest or watch out for some local socials to meet like minded folks.
