this is real....
At the end of this tax year, I, Mistress VJ am retiring from my Pro' Domme work.
As of last September, I took the decision to move onto pastures new with fresh adventures to look forward too. There were online hints around this time. I have been in private discussions with selling on my party venue business also. However, these plans have not materialised to an end, so I am now offering my business for sale publicly.
Thanks to those who have supported me since The Annex was born.
Let's hope the business can be sold with new input and ideas and The Annex can continue to be your "happy place".

I started swinging adventures here, when it 1st opened lovely venue with excellent management.
We also meet at the annex so will also have a special place in our hearts.

I remember you first visit. Driving on to the estate thinking where is it and being so nervous. But as soon as your inside VJ made you feel so welcome. |

We've always loved the annex. But circumstances mean we can't go much. |

LATEST: MARCH 1ST
I am proceeding to face-to-face talks with a couple of interested parties this coming Thursday and Friday.
There are still several other parties that have 'expressed an interest', including another club.
I wish to consider not only offers but also plans of all potentials as to what their future aspirations are for The Annex going forward.
I am hoping for a conclusion as early as Mid March, so this may or may not push those with an expressed interest already into firming up their plans/offers.
Of course, new bids/offers are still welcome.
Also, the option still remains that if I do not receive satisfactory plans and offers that I will close the doors on The Annex lifting the licence and terminating the tenancy agreement with the removal of all furniture, fixtures and fittings. |
