Do you ever find yourself scrolling through fab for possibly hours on end? Using it at times where you shouldn’t like work etc? Excited to logon to check new messages etc, when you’re logged off wondering who’s online? I hope it’s not just me!

Hiding in the shadows

Not addicted.

I've just had a week without logging on, been away visiting family & friends.

It's usually when I'm home, bored I find myself trawling through the forums.

Then I can easily lose an hour or 2.

Read a thread, get nosey about something posted, profile checking, green arrow trails.

I've just deleted the majority of my inbox, unread.

I'm definitely a fab addict . It seems to take over your life. I'm on fab more than Facebook these days . I guess you have to put the work in as a single male on here

What's needed is some discipline.

Fab should automatically redirect you to a BDSM site if you are on here for too long

That'll teach ya

I don't even think it is Fabswingers specific.

I can scroll through it for hours on end, sure. But if it wasn't fabs I was doing it with, it would be something else.

A really bad habit.

Yup. The more rejections, the more I want to find someone willing to meet.

And let me tell you, I get a lot of the former, fewer of the latter.

Fab is my worse time stealer.

Most of my life I've been well disciplined. I don't watch much Telly and not on Facebook that often. But Fab I spend hours on it then I'm annoyed with myself for spending too much time with it.

I am trying not to log on for two days a week, it's not going well.
