The Land that time forgot (Norfolk) |
I've been to Chunky Monkeys, it's ok but depends what your expectations are. It feels half way between a club and private party to me, if you want a more traditional club then you'll have to travel a bit further afield I think. |

HU9 is good. We have been a few times. Only takes an hour to get there.
Quest is our Favourite however we tend to make it a weekend thing and stay over in Leeds.
We have never been to a social since we moved down here.
Maybe something to try and organise?

"I'd prefer to go if I know i was meeting someone there.
(That is not a hint at a request to meet - just saying)"
I understand what you are saying however we have experienced the negative side of that when we arranged to meet a guy at a club, there was no connection so we told him no thanks and spent the rest of the night being followed around by him trying to be sneaky and join in.
Next morning we woke up to a barrage of messages and being blocked.

"Oh crikey.
I'm not like that.
I may have a reputation in the forums for being a joker, but treating people badly isn't my style. "
Please believe me I’m not suggesting that at all,
It was just one of those negative experiences that happened. |

It would be something we’d dearly love to do but not on the cards realistically the moment so we’re starting with socials, moving onto parties and then see what happens in the future.
If anyone has a spare few grand burning a hole in their pocket we’d be happy to help to put it to good naughty use for the benefit of the county
(Not letting our events profile __yeahparties post on forums for some reason, have a look there for more info)

"Gosh it’s threads like this one that make me realise how lucky I am to live in the North West! I can get to over a dozen swinging venues within an hour’s drive of my house! "
You so are! We’ve got a couple about an hour away, but the best ones (in our opinion) are nearer an hour and a half which is a hard slog at 3am! |

Or gets more expensive by stopping over too. |

I used to live in North Lincolnshire and I have often asked this question. There used to be one in Doncaster that tended to cater for North Lincolnshire. Now HU9 seems to cater for North Lincolnshire and Purple Mamba for West Lincolnshire. But a club actually in Lincolnshire (ideally central Lincolnshire would be great. Surprises me Lincoln doesn't have one. |

"As mentioned above, we’d love to but lack of funds is the major stumbling block. Doesn’t stop me checking Rightmove regularly for suitable commercial properties though
TB"
It is the Council and planning permission people in Lincolnshire who would put the stoppers on a club in the County. We know someone who has tried. Witch is a shame as Lincs has one of the cheapest property prices in the country and many buildings here that would make a fabulous club venue.... |

Yeah that is a bummer, but times are slowly changing and there appear to be some ways round it, so maybe in the future when it may be a more realistic option for us, it may be more likely? |

Would be amazing to have something. I’m a little too close to chunkies, however intrigued I’m bound to bump into someone I know. I visit hull a lot but not a fan of HU9. Lincoln would be ideal or slightly further south.
Are there any socials? |

"I saw a thread about a social meeting the 'BourneBlonde' was thinking of arranging.
I presume in or near Bourne.
Bourne would work for me "
Look her up - It made lead to something. Fingers crossed. |

Would be great if you could get a club off the ground in Lincs....we fully agree about the hour and a half drive at 3 a.m being a pain...we did that last weekend! |

As we mentioned above, we are starting some socials. I’m slowly working my way through my invite list.
May expand into more and other directions as the year goes on, we’re playing it by ear |

I could sort a meet out if enough interest.
Anyone want to offer me a venue?
I would be interested if you found a venue

We've just moved to the area and can't believe there aren't any clubs, obviously we were spoilt in the south east with 3 clubs just a 20 minute drive, house parties it is for the time being |

There is a social held at Robbie's bar in Hull first Friday of every month (next one next Friday) and then they also hold a swingles social now on the last Friday of the month (but it was last week this month).
They are a good laugh, a chance to meet new people and old friends, have a gossip and a drink and then see what the rest of the night holds. HU9 is only round the corner for those interested in that or you can head into Hull City centre for more conventional clubbing if that is your thing.
Anyone is welcome, it's £3 to get in (all goes to charity), dress is sexy for the ladies and smart for the men.
Message me if you want more info and I can pass on the names of the organisers. |

"Ah forgot about that place. Seen it mentioned on here but assumed it was an irregular thing as it’s someone’s house.
It’s monthly I think - apart from that HU9 / Quest
We are regulars at both "
Never heard of it, South or North Lincs? I'm South. |

We’ve attended one of this couples house parties and had fun
It’d be great to have one in Lincolnshire though. There’s a building along the Roman Bank heading towards Ingoldmells that has always stood out to us to be a perfect little club.
We like HU9 but it’s a bit of a drive. |
