A good club near Amsterdam is the Showboat.
Friday's have different theme nights, Thur, Saturday and Sunday are usually standard swinging nights

If you want to read anything on the site just copy and paste into a Dutch / English translator. The staff generally speak English as do most of the patrons. If you do go I would suggest staying in a local hotel. There is one near Zaandam station and another one in wormerveer. Trains only take about 10 / 15 mins to zaandam. A taxi to Amsterdam is about 70 euros if I remember rightly |

We are headed there soon too, and our research has pushed us towards fata morgana just outside the city. Consistently excellent reviews from people, dedicated large building, couples only, but quite expensive for entry. We are looking forward to it! |

We're also going to sample the delights of Ansterdam 26-30 Oct, no idea exactly what we'll be doing but Club Paradise looks pretty good - once we're exhausted from some 'window shopping' of course. Any recommendations for moderately priced central hotels very welcome!

I found Sameplace a little underwhelming. Great set up but there were only about a dozen people there and the atmosphere wasn't very party like. Maybe we picked an off night.
There is a bdsm party on when I'm next visiting the city so I will attend again to see how different it is. |

We are going in january for mrs birthday we went in august and stayed about 30 min walk to centre but a bike taxi was €25 and car taxi was €20 so might be worth taking that in to consideration. We are staying close to center this time hotel old quarter was the closest / price we found and some rooms look ok hoping we have one with a view of canal when we get there

I'm in Amsterdam this weekend and have read some mixed reviews about Same Place. Paradise sure looks a safe bet albeit a pricey one. Then again, there's guarenteed relaxation there and a demand to dress to impress. |
