So I'm plotting on a club visit next Friday (30th),at the moment it's looking like Xtasia,Purple Mamba,La Chambre,Club 29 or The Attic.
I haven't been to Xtasia or The Attic for quite a while,La Chambre has been rather quite whenever I've been over the last year or so,and I've never been to Purple Mamba or Club 29.
Based on the above,what would people's recommendations (or alternatives) be?I don't mind travelling within a couple of hours of Nottingham,at the minute I'm leaning towards Xtasia or The Attic,more to see how either compares to the last time I went than anything else

As a single gent you’ll need to apply for membership in person with photo ID at Purple Mamba x There is also an interview (not everyone is accepted for membership). The events are up on the website (that weekend has both live music and a Naked Attraction night). Purple Mamba is a different sort of club so it’s worth checking out to see if it’s what you’re looking for |

Surprised you haven't mentioned Atlantis in Stoke. Not too far to travel and a very friendly nightclub style club.
However there is a big party there on Saturday end of August, so it's possibly not going to be as busy as usual on the Friday you are thinking about.
But worth putting on your list for another Friday. Look out for party nights on the website. You can stay overnight for free then, saving hotel costs.  |

It's certainly a venue I would like to check out  I read about the application and possible interview on the website,was going to try and get over Thursday if possible to apply  |

To be honest I'd forgotten about Atlantis until after I posted  it's now on the list |

Can't see the waiting list for single guy membership going down enough for me to be accepted by Friday always had a great time there as a couple though |

its a very classy smaller venue with bar
