Don’t know the area that well, but suspect you would need to drop into Alicante where there are possibly 3 to 4.

There's a nice nudist beach between altea and calpe I can't for the life of me remember it's name but it's adjacent to a nice marina and there is a lovely beach restaurant and lots of nakedness |
