Check out there opening times, they are good at answering the phone when open. The staff are great.
Should be open tomorrow for cinema 11am onwards.

To be fair I've never had a problem getting through on the phone in open hours. But I would suspect you'd get more luck if you call in the afternoon when the cinema is open or early evening on a club night before it gets busy.
