Check in is from 4.30. Booking for a Saturday night is best done about 4 weeks in advance but for Fridays a couple of weeks should be fine. |

That would be "spicys party".
The hotel rooms are ok but lighting is poor, makes it a pain to do the makeup.
I'm going to be staying at the travel lodge 1 mile up the road, half the price and a lot brighter

At The Vanilla Alternative ensuite rooms are £60 and the 2 rooms with a shared bathroom are £45. If you need a taxi to and from the Travelodge, I doubt there is much different in price. |

I’m hoping to go to VA for the first time on the 9th and am going to call today and book a room ... fingers crossed they still have one free.

I really like the rooms in the va, each room is slightly different, and I like the fact that are modern rooms in a listed building.
Over the years since it opened I think I must have stayed in pretty much every room. Mind you there are only around a dozen! |
