Does anyone happen to know how much a taxi would be from Chams to the Wallsall Premier Inn please?

West Midlands

Think Chams have am arrangement with some local firms also, so when getting one home, they’ll sort it for you.

"Use taxi on their website, have cobtract"

I used that firm when I visited Chams with a lady friend. The driver was very chatty, dropping big hints in to the conversation like "Some couples don't want the fun to stop, just because they get back to their hotel......", and (looking at me) "Have you ever played with a guy?" wink wink, "You should always try new things in life...." wink wink......

I'm sure he has a few tales to tell...

Yes they do, but a 10 min journey cost more than double with the ones they use. They also don't have a meter on display so just give you a random number of what they want. I've never been given the same price twice on the way home so advise using a different firm that don't skank ya.

Prem Inn will book for you at reception, don't worry they don't bat at eye when you say Chameleons, kinda expect it being a couple holidaying on an industrial estate lol

We paid almost twice as much coming back (it was before midnight) than going there, with the same company! I'd recommend either using app (you get the quote there) or phoning in yourself. I think it was about £5 going there, coming back (with Chams staff booking the taxi for us) nearly £10.

Wolverhampton

I have switched to getting an Uber home because I had a club phoned cabbie who was not shy about asking repeatedly for an extra sort of tip. Possibly more funny and less scary as a group or a couple, but I wasn’t very happy on my own.

Unfortunately I got him again a couple of weeks later, so deliberately spent the whole ride on the phone to my husband.

Otherwise if it costs me £12 to the other side of Wolverhampton, it should be less than £10 for you to the Premier Inn.

Last time I went to Chams Darlaston I left my toy bag in the taxi. Luckily I got it back with everything in it but it was a little embarrassing when they asked me what was in the bag
