Two good options in Brighton, BGHS and Liberation SCReWDRIVER.
BGHS is couples only Saturday and Sunday evenings. Liberation theme varies week to week.
Both have good spa facilities, BGHS slightly nicer, Liberation is open much later Saturday but not open Friday or Sunday. Neither gets incredibly busy.

Yes both allow single males but checks yours day as poster above said they do have couple only days etc. |

BGHS isncouples only after 530 on Saturday and Sunday. Plenty of single men before then |
