Hi, I renewed my membership at chams Newport in Friday and was told to collect my new card at the end of the night. I didn’t receive it and forgot to ask. I’ve just slightly panicked that they’ll send it to my house in the post which I really don’t want them to do - my kids open my post sometimes!! I’ve emailed the club and asked them not to and that il pick it up next time I’m in. Any thoughts?! |

Phone them when it’s opened and actually speak to someone. Or message them through Fab if they have a username etc!
