Exactly the same thoughts here too. Many will say it's not a lot for a night out but to us it is. I think we will wait for the daytime club to open xx |

This is true but as a sweetener why not throw in a couple a drinks for that cost on a Saturday night, Friday night cost is fine as in line with other clubs, but think it would be very popular if the drinks were thrown in as well, just throwing it out there that’s all! As I am sure it will be a success |

Opened at 10:30 every morning, shut at midnight Monday to Wednesday, 6PM Thursday and 8PM Friday to Sunday. I think. |

Before you could bring your own drinks and soft drinks were free!!
As you now have a bar and drinks have to be purchased at the club it makes the night out a lot more expensive on top of the entry fee.

Ah yes, I forgot about the days when Kestrels became AbFabs without having to leave and come back again. I pretty much only went to Kestrels on the weekend. Looking forward to the opening date announcement for that. |

They used to run the club from their own property, they now have to cover the rent and business rates no matter how quiet it may be. It’s a business, its either have a bar and food for sale or higher entry fees. I should imagine the costs now are FAR higher than the old place. |

It hasn't been easy for the owners, they had some issues before.

Let's give them credit where its due and getting the club back up and running.
It was a fantastic venue before, I'm sure the new one will be just as good.
There's a lot of Time and effort gone into bringing this back, we need to support our local club.
This is coming from someone who hated kestrels/Abfabs in the winter but loved the summer.

We have made a few decisions to ease the amount of time you are at reception and the work loaf of all the new Front of House staff.

we will try them out another weekend, this Saturday we will return to our local (Helfire) for the couples adventures .... pricing does matter "
That's interesting as I have always found Hellfire to be more expensive. I think there is a tenner in it for a couple but they were charging quite a lot for a single lady. Possibly this has changed. Hellfire has a good layout but could not compare to the old abfabs as a great night out |

Exactly the same thoughts here too. Many will say it's not a lot for a night out but to us it is. I think we will wait for the daytime club to open xx
we will try them out another weekend, this Saturday we will return to our local (Helfire) for the couples adventures .... pricing does matter "
Its the same price for a Saturday night as it was before.
Friday night is £30.
Not having BYOB and bar prices may have an impact. Let's hope drinks are priced reasonably.

We can't make it but wish them all the very best of luck and love... Its fantastic to have them open in a new location.
On the subject of the price and the new bar as opposed to BYOB, we are more than prepared to pay that for, what was always and I'm certain always will be, a great night out.
Hopefully the addition of a bar will prevent a few from over indulging and spoiling the atmosphere.
All positive improvements as far as we are concerned.

We've had the same issue. We've had to fill in separate applications although we want a couples one. We've previously had a membership so sent off that number as well. Will they find us on their records, and can we still buy tickets?,,,help!!! |

Sadly we can't make the opening weekend- the list is looking epic! - but as soon as it's open during the day, try keeping us away! Good luck, and have fun everybody ( like we need to say that!!)

Old id cards are enough you dont need additional id. I emailed earlier in the week asking the same question.

You both have to apply for your own membership ID....than you can go in as a couple but also go as a singleton....go to the website and register |

It is a shame that the majority of clubs do it the same way, leaving single guys with no options at all on a Saturday night - especially if you're too knackered to go out on a Friday night after work. I've spoken to guys who never get to clubs because of this.
Would be helpful if clubs alternated it - A couples only weekend, then an open weekend?
