Hey hey
I had my first trip to Chams on Saturday and loved it.
I was just wondering what it's like on a Friday night and if any of you are planning on going next week. I'm thinking of braving it and going alone  |

For single guys it’s always going to be the night of choice, and so it’s always going to be busy. A lot of couples go, and - while some play in private rooms - I think the variety of single guys is often the attraction. Certainly the round room is in regular use. Ah, the scenes I’ve seen...
Wish I could make it this Friday. |

"Friday's was my favourite night to go and I always went on my own. It's Easter next week so I'm guessing will be a party night so should be really good, definitely worth a shot! "

Wish they'd actually turn up then when we've gone. Done 3 Friday nights so far, and didn't see a single guy any of those times.

Fridays are very busy and a great vibe. With the bar atmosphere and disco we make it our night out with added extras ???? what’s not to like.
Totally go alone , zero pressure or expectations it’s a very very laid back night. |

Seriously not a single guy on a Friday?
I haven’t been for a while but every time I went there were loads and I frequently just chilled and had a good time rather than played due to the numbers |

I honestly don't think the amount of single men stops anyone playing.
They really aren't as much of a problem as people make out. |

No I wasn’t suggested the numbers stopped people playing I meant with the numbers of single guys at the time I went I just relaxed and chilled out as there seemed to be so many about, there was plenty of playing going on! |

when we posted it was just a fact [not saying that you carnt have fun ]and we have never been on a friday night without lots of single guys there.it does not matter to us but can be a bit off putting when guys just follow you round .a great place to spend a few hours any time

I personally don't think the guys on a Friday night are generally the type follow you around all night. It has been much more mixed on a Friday in the past few months. Infact there have been nights where the couples outweighed the singles. Each week is different though, you never know until you turn up.

We were there last Friday for the first time and met lots of new people, singles and couples...apparently it was quiet but we were amazed at how full it was, never been anywhere that has been so full so early on in the evening. |

Good Friday at Chams is looking to be great.
The weather seems like it will be good for an afternoon on the sundeck and if previous Good Fridays have been anything to go by - likely to be packed in the evening. |

I’ve always stayed at Holiday Inn off J10. There are two, one is the Holiday Inn Express, I’ve stayed at both and preferred the other one. Staff are friendlier and more helpful. Taxi costs about £8 from the hotel to Chams.
Haven’t been to Chams for aaages, desperately want to go back as I love it there. Just such a trek for me on my own. X |

Not at all and balance is perfect there. They work very hard at maintaining the balance! I don’t think there is a club other than chams that is so selective with singles or has a waiting list to join as a single male member |
