Not sure if air con is there, but it wouldn't really need it anyway as it is deep in the basement of the grotty Cita Center. iPad use was OK in there (for playing some games during any films not to one's taste, not for photos though)! You will need to ask at the desk and get everyone's consent for that, if it's even allowed!
