The ones we been to great and would use them as models to open up a new club. There are areas you can always improve on though but it just the case of having the right building and space but getting the permissions to open a club would limit these i imagine.
Reading threads for a while disability access is one thing you can try and offer. I heard some clubs do have limited access which is great but a club that has full access would appeal to a some.
There are a lot of clubs within driving distance of us. But certain areas are lacking so would look into these areas. Wales one of these.

We could definitely do with a new club in London to compete with OP4F and LB. 8 million people and two clubs is not a decent ratio.
(And I love Hellfire but it's a bit of a schlep from North London! ) |

"You will need to be free more than just Friday evenings if wanting to venture into opening a club. You only get out what you put in. Very hard work for very little return"
Of course you would.... however even club owners set aside a day off for fun/personal life. Please take our profile and availability stipulated on such, as our private time for play!!! |

Local bye laws for the 1980s to stop the proliferation of lap dancing bars stopped “ nudity on premises “. This with the high rent / rates makes its financially unviable. Few clubs make a profit when you account for the vast amount of time it takes to run one |
