I’m afraid that the chances of finding someone to be a +1 for a club are minuscule. Imagine the chances of finding tartan paint in your local hardware store and then divide it by a million, that may come close 
The standard response seems to be “man up, grow a pair, you only want cheaper entry, etc” or any combination of similar phrases.
We’re very lucky living in this area, we have some great clubs all within less than an hour drive. Chams Darlaston, Attic Derby, Libs just down the A5, Club 29 Leicester and Purple mamba Nottingham.
All are very different and have lots to offer. Take a look at the reviews section and their websites, see which appeals to you. Then phone them and ask about single male membership as sometimes they have a waiting list.
Once there, think of it as just like going to a pub, except that people may be wearing less clothes and some people will probably be having sex in the building. Socialise, be friendly and expect nothing more. Whatever you do, don’t be a wanking zombie following people around with your hand shuffling furiously under a towel, it’s not going to endear you to anyone there.
Go for it, you may find you have an amazing night. |

In theory I wouldn't mind taking someone as a +1, but in practice I need to make sure that I trust the person I'm going with. Which means not with a stranger.
Clubs aren't actually that scary. It's normal people in less/no clothes. In the bar area, smile, open body language, talk to people (both halves of a couple if applicable, make them comfortable don't just jump to sex talk). Outside the bar area, as long as you're not creepy (be friendly, don't follow people around leering or wanking, give people playing space and pay attention to whether they want you there or not) you should be fine. |
