Thinking about trying my first sauna.

Very nervous - never been to one before.

I live in Chester, are there any local recommendations?

Also, if anyone can give me any advice on what goes on/what to do/what not to do etc.?

Do a forum search for the Sauna at Northwich. Not too far from you. You could then message people on the thread to ask more.
