Hell yes! If a guy approached me and he was still wearing a soggy condom from the previous encounter I would be applalled.

When we play with the men we always give condoms.
In that case we are sure that, first- it was not used the way you asked, second - it was not broken. |

I have played in a variety of clubs and parties etc and have never encountered a guy who already had a condom on. It's a little presumptious, in my humble opinion  x |

I think that you do not have understanding about what the condom is for.
So... it is not only to protect woman against unwanted pregnancy.
It is also to prevent spreading of STD, HIV etc.
Imagine that the guy just had a sex with the woman who had hiv. If all her “juices” are left on that condom, this guy will bring it to you.

And to further expand on this, if they pull off the used condom and then roll on a another without washing their hands inbetween then they have contaminated the new one. Also, if they have been fingering others or even touching themselves and then move on to you, doesn't that kinda make the condom redundant?
There are lots of similar examples, such as getting a tit wank when 10 min previous they where covered in cum and with nothing more than a dab with a tissue inbetween, or those same tits being shoved in your face to suck on  |

This is actually something which we are always concerned.
Often when swapping partners in the club, it was in my mind that the guy had his finger in his lady and now can put in to my lady.
Same with wanking. I missed that point actually.
I carry on antibacterial gel but it is hard to control the others.
Also personally, I’m not sure if that gel is very useful.

The trick would be to put on several condoms at the beginning and once one was shall we say "soiled" he just whips it off and there is another one ready to go.
Like F1 drivers have those shields over their visors |
