Good evening/early hours of the morning!
We are off to Cupid's for the first time this Saturday, both of us very excited already!
Are there any other couples planning a trip there the same night? Any tips or interesting facts about it? L x |

Hi I used to go there as a couple... I am Single atm
My advice would be - buy some drinks before you go to the club and take them with you... I don't think they sell alcohol anyway.

Yes it is a bring your own alcohol club but they sell mixers there.
Also be aware that its an immediate dress down club so have your outfits ready and have a great night! |

If you or your Mrs wants to bring any cosmetics or even own condoms you have to put them in a clear plastic bags...
P.S. Just a little suggestion...however, you can always leave them locked away in the changing room |

Wow, we've only ever been to Townhouse before & that was a full bar & free condoms.
We're not interested in taking risks on the condom front, so hope everyone else is of a similar mind! I take it there's somewhere to keep your drinks, they don't need to go in your locker too? |

Your drinks are labelled and kept behind the bar. I’ve been a few times and carried a small ‘playbag’ round with me without issues and it’s never been questioned. I’d not heard about clear plastic bags before..
Or am I not getting some kind of airport security joke? |

On a quiet night they aren't always so bothered, and you may ask too have it looked in, but otherwise you are supposed to have a clear plastic bag to ensure you aren't carrying phones etc. Was certainly that way when I worked there anyhooooooo x |

Haha, the plastic bag thing did sound a bit "border force" if I'm honest! A little playbag sounds more the sort of thing we thought would be acceptable |

Hi to you. We went to cupids for the 1st time a couple of Saturdays ago and enjoyed it very much. The staff were great, welcomed us and we were shown around. Hand over your drinks when you arrive, you get a locker key with a number and your drinks are labeled accordingly. Show your locker key at the bar when you ask for drinks. Soft drinks etc can be bought there.
Some good rooms and equipment. We loved the swing in the dungeon room. Even has a pool table if you need a break  |

Thanks, that's set our minds at rest a little! We'd heard good things previously, but all the talk of airport security had me thinking of some of the less classy places we'd visited! |
