The Liverpool echo seems to have a hard-on for Townhouse, it's the second time this week they have posted a story on the club. Would press snooping around make you more or less likely to visit? Management seem to be handling them well but for us it would be an avoid until they move on? Thoughts people? |

Well the latest story is a very positive one showing that the club stands up to immense scrutiny and passes with flying colours, so we know our local club is a safe venue with very high standards. Keep up the good work Vicky and Jim you are brill |

Townhouse has been batting away things like this for ages The fact that the article is positive should knock the wind out of the sails of anyone who might want to cause trouble.
We wouldn't be bothered by press attention. They can't use any photos taken inside the club if they smuggled a camera in. They could lurk outside and take snaps then but they'd be pretty conspicuous.

Totally agree it shines a very positive light on the club and as said before, is being handled amazingly by the management. I'm sure it will have a positive effect on the membership figures and great to see the council are supportive. |

It seems to have the opposite affect in making people stay away and generates lots of interests and newcomers. |

Yesterday’s article was due to the new licence being granted. Looks like the council were more then happy with the club. It was a very good article and this time interviewed Vicky. Well done to the townhouse. |
